In error bought two ankle supports from this hoax company. Realised my mistake and cancelled the same day. They did not cancel the order but proceeded to process it and then told me I cannot cancel as it is now in transit. They refuse to refund. I have paid through PayPal so I am talking to them re resolving this. Stay away from this company. Do not buy from them. They will take your money and provide you with poor goods or none at all. They will not respond favourably to any communication!

I ordered similar phone holding card as possible stocking stuffers for Christmas. The site promised quick shipping but took almost one month to arrive. The advertisement also noted the holder can hold differing thickness of phones but it does not. The quality is sub par and not worth the price.

I concur with previous dissatisfied customers. The website yomepro.com sells goods of exceedingly poor quality and, in regard to some of its products, runs a permanent "Last day of sale at this highly discounted price" scam. I bought cargo pants which, when they did arrive, had such flimsy zips that they broke within a week ... and the pants themselves went on to tear very rapidly at the crotch. They are light weight (or paper thin depending upon your standpoint) and are of the most attrocious quality. I only bought them because I naively believed the price was being reduced by 70% in a sale. I have now replaced them at a lesser price with pants of a far superior quality purchased from the very respectable company Decathlon.

I RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOMEPRO.

I purchased a mask from an ad on Facebook for a silicone Freddy Krueger mask! I paid extra money for express delivery and still received it three weeks later.

I opened the package and was immediately disappointed! I was scammed, the mask was a dollar store quality Halloween mask! I e-mailed the company right away! The only response I got was “ they are sorry and will give me 20% off of my next purchase” this company is a hoax and needs to be tracked down! I’m so disgusted!

I also brought this same mask. I have opened a dispute on paypal as they clearly stated on the video it is high quality silicone. I know the difference between silicone and cheap latex that has some type of strong smell. The hat i paid for was for a child and not an adult. I hope you get your money back because i will not accept any thing less than a full refund luckily i paid with paypal

I made the mistake to click on an advertisement on Facebook for a product to fix light scratches on your car and leave a nice shine. In the comments a lot of "people" vouched for the product. It must've been fake customer reviews. I received the product and it did nothing close to as advertised. I contacted them and they offered 10% refund in which I refused, then they upped it to 20%.

Not even close to an amount reasonable. Not only was the product info and directions of use in a foreign language, there was hardly enough product to do anything useful with had it worked. Do not waste your money and avoid at all costs!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Same here! Bought the 60mm and got a 2.5 mm. The most they can do is refund 4 percent of the amount, so would get 4.40 instead of 21.

      NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!
