Is penguout.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?

Penguout.com seems to have another name, jutbin.com. same phone number, same New York address. The phone number reaches ProActive, a face wash company, nothing to do with toys, etc.

I feel silly for not having been more diligent in investigating this site prior to placing an order.

I placed an order on August 18, 2019 with an indication that products would be shipped out 7 to 10 business days later. It is now October 1st. We've not received any products, but at least our credit card was never charged.

However, suspicious activity was quickly identified on our seldom-used credit card about a month later. The credit card was de-activated and a new one re-issued. So, I will not be following up with this vendor on this order, nor will I consider placing future orders with them.

Please be careful out there!

I signed up with penguout and I said I forgot my password; they sent email then I replied back for them to call me. Before I order from you so I can see if are a scammer or fake company and they did not responed back, do not buy anything or you will loose your money.
I hate scammers, they just reck it for the good sellers. People get scared to order online anymore.

I purchased something from Penguout, I immediately knew it was suspicious and a scam when I tried calling the customer service number and it was proactive skin care.
I immediately called my bank and canceled the card and they are sending me a new card. Please do not purchase anything from this site and be very careful.

Yes, the site has a little better prices than everywhere else. But if you order, you won't ever get a shipping confirmation. I believe the site is to still personal info and debt cards. If you use a credit card watch for fraudulent charges.

Fake web site. If you go to ABOUT US you'll find a bunch of "Latin" gibberish that is duplicated on several other fake web sites. Copy and paste the gibberish and a whole slew of fake websites show up with the same verbiage.
