I realize no one has received replies, however, has anyone considered

Any type of action against this company? I ordered after a friend who ordered, both of us are very interested in improving our cooking. Both of us retired and on a limited budget, both assured from another friend that “someone” had received their mixer. There were questions as to whether they were “faux” but not that a product wasn’t received! Early on, I had questions when my tracking number was called invalid through USPS. These early questions were quickly and professionally answered by their “customer service”! However, when my packages, yes! I ordered two, one for me and another for my son’s family were stuck in what was probably customs for weeks, the USPS number was still invalid and I noticed that my packages were “small parcels” plus now customer service was no longer answering me, I became worried! This was quite a bit of money to me! My excitement of obtaining an unbelievable Xmas present started to become a nightmare! Finding out that my dream mixer and Xmas present were probably knock off Ray Bans, was a bad blow and having to admit I got scammed, when typically I check everything out, was a hard pill to swallow! It probably seems stupid to many, however when “friends” are doing the same, you tend to trust! The bottom line, I may loose my money and does anyone have any thoughts on how to stop these folks or folks like them and help someone else out, someone who just wants great presents for their kids but can’t afford them! Is the DA a possibility or BBB? Any thoughts would be great for others! Give a hand to those who are old enough to know better! Thanks!

I just ordered from this site! Did not receive a confirmation number so I kept emailing them about my order and finally got some kind of information on tracking, but not sure if it's a real tracking number or not. They told me it was being shipped from China.

Has people ordered from Kimixeren and if they had did they receive the mixer that they ordered? Also how good was the product that they ordered? Was it like the real Kitchen aid mixer and not a piece of junk? Thank you for any information you can give me.
