Ruz Shop located at www.ruzshop.com is a scam and fraudulent online store claiming to sell bangles and bikes. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I made a purchase for a $70 calculator and experienced the same as above, payment processed, no confirmation but I did receive a fake tracking number and no response to email. I wish I had read this page sooner. Do not purchase from RuzShop.com.

Purchased a bow and a blind from this site was given a tracking number that was not any good going to try and get money back.

RUZshop is a total scam! I tried to buy something from them, gave them all my info, and at the last stage, it said the transaction didn't go through. But they charged my credit card, and sent me nothing.
Since they are sleazy scammers, I had to cancel that credit card, and get another one.

I ordered a motorcycle tire from ruzshop.com to find out later that they not only debited my bank account once but tried to do it twice. I intervened and stopped the second transaction by turning off my credit card. I have sent numerous emails without any response.
My financial institution has been contacted and a fraud case filed. Under no circumstances purchase anything from this online vendor.
