Scammed by a MyShopify Store - What Can I Do?

I ordered items from idofjivvn.myshopify.com, a store using the MyShopify or Shopify platform, but I have not received my items. I am unable to reach someone at the store because the store no longer exists. And, emails to the store email address bounce.

I have friends who have said they have similar experiences with the following shopify.com or myshopify.com stores:

  • gresec.shopify.com
  • nviwjsoie.myshopify.com
  • bikes-ground.myshopify.com
  • yae-mart.myshopify.com
  • bicycleground.myshopify.com
  • geoponi.myshopify.com
  • snowfall-lifestyle.myshopify.com

It seems as if there are hundreds of fake or scammed MyShopify stores, but those are the few I could list.

I going to open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded, but I want to know if there is anything else I can do?

    I paid myshopify $117.00 for an item and received a clothesline from China. I feel so dumb. Is there anything that I can do. It looked legit. On Facebook. Afraid of any Shopify now.

    If you have tried to resolve an issue with a MyShopify store but it hasn’t worked, then after 30 days you can contact Shopify Support. Due to privacy, Shopify can’t provide information about an investigation. However, the store owner is informed about the issue. Shopify might contact you to gather more information but won’t provide investigation results.
