Do not buy from this site. They will advertise one thing and send you some cheap c**p totally different. Paypal will do nothing to help you.

I ordered a projector for Hallowe'en and paid them 26.98 US Dollars! They sent me a car accessory! I have sent 2 e-mails (neither acknowledged), and PalPal keep dismissing my claim as the item has been tracked as received. I have received an item matching the tracking number, just not what I ordered! Total SCAM! :-(

I've been through the same situation. I ordered the projector and have only received what can be described as a shoddy dollar store white plastic tablecloth. For $20.00.
I've e-mailed them and received no response. I'll be contacting my bank to see what else I can do, not sure if I can get a refund.
I used my PayPal account to pay for it. This is definitely a scam.

I also purchased the Window wonderland Halloween/Christmas projector. After 30 days I received a plastic screen and began to investigate Loveshop. I find that the ad for this product has been removed from their webpage and E-Mails go unanswered.
I called my credit card company (Visa) and put a hold on the funds. I won't loose money but now I have the hassle of having my card info in the hands of questionable people.

Update: Visa withheld the funds and Loveshop20 did not contest, I got a full refund and they didn't even want their "trashbag" back. If you ordered with a credit card, put a hold on that charge ASAP.

Can someone tell me who I should contact to get my money back. Thank you.

I just received my x2 $30.00 plastic dollar store table clothes instead of a projector for Halloween. I will be contacting my CC company to dispute.

I admit, we too were taken in by the Halloween projector and screen. Only to receive a white plastic sheet. Claiming through paypal and copying in this website address to show they are nothing more than scam artists.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Swindon, England, United Kingdom

After opening a claim with PayPal, the shop tried to scam me further. They told me to send back the plastic sheet tracked and they would send me a full refund. DONT DO THIS! It goes past PayPal’s allowed time because it’s China. Just go with the PayPal claim. They also offered to give me a refund of 30 cents. These people are just cruel. They probably have another shop open now.

Facebook is part of the scam, NO SUPPORT, TOTAL SCUM

Paid $27 for a Christmas and Halloween projector and all I got was a plastic sheet. I sent them a copy of my order confirmation which clearly stated I ordered 1x Projector and 1x sheet. They just said sorry I wasn't satisfied and offered a $3 refund.
I have raised a dispute with my bank as this is clearly obtaining money by deception and false advertising. It makes it worse that they think it's ok as they have sent you white bin liner!

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Newark, New Jersey, United States

I came on here looking to report the VERY same thing. I purchased the same item from them so it would arrive in time for Halloween. But I haven't heard back from them. You are fortunate you got as far as you did. I will be disputing this with PayPal and then my credit card company.

Exactly the same with me, just got the sheet of plastic and that was posted from the UK!
Bought this from an ad on Facebook, as Facebook is obviously taking a cut ( no advertising is free I think Facebook should partly take the blame, fat chance!

Yes same with me, paid $27 for a Halloween projector and received a 1mtr sq pcs of white plastic, apparently I only ordered this screen, although it was a Halloween/Christmas scene projector in the basket and checkout.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Swindon, England, United Kingdom

Same here bought a projector and got a white sheet. I have opened up a dispute with PayPal. I had an email from the shop to say all I had ordered was a sheet which obviously is a lie. When ordering I even choose which plug to have!

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Manchester, England, United Kingdom

I also ordered the Halloween projector kit and all I received is a white plastic sheet in the post. The sales page clearly showed the project we were to receive and it even listed the different scenes that were included ranging from Halloween to Christmas to Valentine's Day, etc. Have emailed them twice and got no response. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This seller advertises a product to take your money, then sends you a piece of plastic sheet, claiming that this is what you bought.

Their refund policy stated on the website is that you can appeal within 14 days since your purchase. Even though it takes them 15 days to deliver.
Avoid!

Total scam operation on Facebook.
I ordered a Halloween projector and they sent me a cheapmplzric screen. I did not do my homework and paid for it.

They denied my order for the projector even though I sent them the receipt. They will not make good on it.

Many other people have been ripped off in the same way

Stay away from this site and shame on Facebook for allowing it!
