I paid for services with iYogi around 2010-2011 or so. They were helpful at first then seemed to do things that caused my computer to constantly crash. I told them I wanted to cancel service with them and wanted nothing to do with them. I no longer even have the computer I was using. It looks like last email contact was in 2014. Now, they are calling me.
I usually don’t answer, but I did answer at first. They said they were going to charge me $499 for an annual fee. I didn’t even think they were in business anymore. If they are harassing me, I’m guessing they are harassing others. In fact, it may be scammers. I am contacting my credit card companies to make sure they do not allow any charges.
