It’s been two months with no product delivery. Sent at least five inquiries. Always get a quick return with a tracking number. However the tracking number is not valid.

I ordered the shoe helper, when it arrived it was much smaller than what it looked like on the add. so much for their 30-day money-back guarantee. They told me the postage would be too expensive to return the product for a refund and offered me a discount on my next order. As if I'm going to order again. So I told them what I thought and then they offered me a $6.00 refund when my order was $29.99. They are a doggy company. would not order anything from them again.

I ordered it on June 8 and got it today. It does not work - there's no on/off button. Big rip off.

    I ordered 2 products.

    1. A torch/flashlight, advertised as the most powerful ever and the advertisement of the torch showed it to be incredibly powerful and gave amazing light...what I received was a little thing about 6cm long that was weaker than a kids toy! Cost $39,00

    2. Their (again) incredibly super rubberised tape that could seal the hole in the Titanic...what I receved was a standard roll of white insulation tape that you can buy in a hardware store. Cost $29,00

I received the torch/flashlight first and then realised there is a problem and all attempts to contact them and cancel the tape were futile.

I ordered the nail clipper. It took over a month to receive it. When it arrived, we put batteries in it and it would not work. I tried another set of batteries and still nothing. When I complained they wanted me to take a video or photos of the product and the packaging. I asked them to return my payment. They continue to e-mail and text me, but have not done anything to replace or credit.

Odrered some electronic items from Looshore on February 9, 2020 and contacted them a month later since nothing was shipped. Their Customer Service Company, Morningfast Media put me off on 5 emails since then, stating that the items should be delivered within 12-15 days. After the last fake reply I decided to do some investigating and realized it is a Fake Company that doesn't keep inventory but relies on drop ship services from many sources including China. They Use fake Internet advertising and have numerous complaints filed against them. Their Morningfast Media group is located in Hong Kong, China and provide the excuses for failure to deliver goods to "customers". My advice is NEVER BUY FROM LOOSHORE, and never believe anything from MORNINGFAST MEDIA.

I am glad their system kept rejecting my order due to some address issues. They keep sending me emails to try again but after reading this I am about to resolve that issue. Thank you to all who reported this poor business!

I had a small billing on my VISA from Looshore UKLONDON. I haven't gotten any merchandise. My fear is they will use my VISA for more fraud. IS this a danger?

Cancel the card they have charged and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.
