Is honwin.net a Scam? Review of the Online Store?

The website, honwin.net, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, also called Twomsmar, because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

I ordered their "look like real" dog toy. I'm a bit hesitant to buy before but really convinced with so many good reviews and pictures on their web. I've been waiting for almost 2 months for it and that is a very bad experience. Once it's arrived, I'm quite shocked as even the look is not nice. The nose is not straight and the mouth can't close properly plus one of the feet is bent.

Then I tried to put the battery on and was more amazed by it. It advertised to be able to do 20 different actions, with a sensor to follow human-like what the puppy will do. The fact is that it only has 1 ON button and when you turn it ON, it's walking, wagging tail, and barking at the same time. That's it until you turn it OFF. I paid $50NZD for a low-quality toy and very upset. I loaded my complaint and what they offer me is a 5% discount plus telling me that the good is still functioning so better keep it or give it as a gift for someone else. It doesn't make sense, I refused their offer. They come back to me saying sorry that I didn't receive their offer and they offer 10% discount plus saying it's impossible to send a real puppy.

Short story, they told me, the manager, not willing to give more than 30% refund but they will give me 35% for the inconvenience. This is silly, I told them I don't even want to keep that toy. Short story, they gave me the address to return the toy plus they told me that they have paid for the delivery and advertising platform so they will need to charge a part of the cost to me even I told them I rather send them back the good with my own cost but get a full refund for my money. This is so ridiculous.

Hopefully, I can make more people aware so no more victims from this company and website will suffer. Don't ever do business with Honwin! All the reviews they got are fake, Paypal shouldn't be partnering with them as they must have received so many complaints from these guys.

It happen to me, same thing, sorry that I didn't get this information earlier. They are negociating for a 50% refund if I keep toy and if I want a full refund, I have to pay to return the product. I am still gonna fight to have my full refund and they pay the shipping

I ordered camping chairs from this company after seeing an ad on Instagram. The chairs were supposed to be "reclining" but they sent fixed chairs. Nothing like the photo in the ad or on their website. When I complained they said they hadn't updated the photos on their site. That's fraud! They have offered as much as a 40% refund. Their first offer was 3%!

I opened a PayPal dispute and they sided with me BUT return shipping costs are prohibitive. $90 via USPS and $250 via DHL. I'm going to try to get a partial refund from the company instead of paying for the shipping back.

Do not do business with Worterris/Honwin etc!

I ordered from Christine Bill also. Didn't get product so I opened a claim with pay pal. Item finally arrived, so pay pal closed my claim. Trying to get them to reopen it as product is nothing as advertised. I request half my money back. Can't believe pay pal can't stop them! I think I am going to do away with pay pal and deal strictly credit card.

Ordered and paid thru PayPal for a garden kneeling device and they sent me a foam pad worth about $2.00.

They want me to pay to send it back to China for a partial refund.

I see now that is their usual routine. Definitely a scam.

Ordered a fishing magnet on March 10. Sent me fake tracking number and told me twice that is is being shipped. All kinds of excuses as to why it is being delayed in shipping. They removed my order number from their page and deleted the order number. It's a shame that facebook and other web sites allow them to advertise.

service3@honwin.net Christine Bill - ordered a golf chipping game and only got one foam ball. Filing a dispute with PayPal.

How do we shut them down from doing this to others?

    Thank you!

Complete and total scam. PayPal refunded my money. I tried to get the “artifacts” desktop Lucite set and nothing ever came. FedEx says the tracking number they gave is invalid and they send a fake tracking website that tells you that it is on the way but never changes. I’ve already gotten money back from PayPal but they don’t realize that so I’m messing with them as well. That’s been going on for over a month

I ordered the periodic table that was supposed to have pieces of the elements. They lied! It was a printing on the back of a clear block and then when I tried to return they bully you into thinking it's your fault and that you have to pay return fees and restocking fees

How do I get my money back if done through PayPal? Does anyone know?

    • June 13, 2020 at 10:34 AM by info

Contact PayPal and open a dispute.

This company CLAIMS to be based in London, but their email clearly indicates they're from China, under the name SkyTebShop on Facebook.

    https://skyteb.com/products/laser

Their attempting to "sell" >$300.00 worth of laser equipment for <$20 (or Two for <$40 w/free S&H).

That's approx. $300 laser, 5 $10 lenses, 2x 16340 rechargable batteries w/charger AND an aluminum case for each laser purchase.

NOT POSSIBLE! THIS IS A SCAM!

I ordered a pet gate from these people. They shipped me a piece of net fabric and 4 plastic hooks. Something you could find in a bargain store for around $3.00. When I complained they sent the exact same letter in broken English. I submitted a complaint to Pay Pal and am waiting for the outcome. Today I almost purchased the "tactical pants" mentioned above. Before I approved the payment I noticed they were going to send the payment to "Christine Bill", these are the same people who scammed me on the pet gate. I immediately terminated the transaction. BEWARE THIS SELLER. THEY ARE A SCAM.

The exact thing happened to me - I bought the piece of c**p pet gate from Christine Bill!

    Clayben.com,

    Scollor.com,

    Alliverson.com,

    Yidiyo.com,

Stoneburst.com, and more each time I dig deeper point to the same place. Same webpage templates, much of the same products, same policies (and contradictions), and same China return address even though a USA or UK business is directly/indirectly indicated.

Some of the names associated are Patrick Li, Xiuhong Wang, and Christine Bill, although it is highly suspect that these are false or otherwise stolen names. All websites use either service1@honwin.net, service2@honwin.net, or service3@honwin.net for business contact. Honwin.net traces back to Alibaba Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and is a business hosting service that creates quick store fronts, thereby making the actual merchants themselves virtually impossible to verify unless you are a hacker or law enforcement.

A 50 dollar toy turned out to be something I would only buy for a few dollars in a dollar store. It's going straight to recycling.

I ordered two pair of Tactical Waterproof Pants from a Facebook ad from Lookime, at the end of November. Received the pants on or about December 20th, and they didn't fit. I tried contacting them multiple times by e-mail. Second e-mail they gave me a service e-mail address with "service1@honwin.net". After about four e-mails, all in broken English, I finally realized they have no intention of providing an exchange. This is the text from their last e-mail to me:

    "Dear customer,

Thanks for your support and concern on our store.

We are very sorry to hear that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction. While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards!

    CS Anastastia"

    Totally unsatisfactory.

I got this same exact letter. I ordered heat resistant window film. It was supposed to be 2 at 60x100. They are 25 in wide. I've been emailing back and forth for 2 weeks.
