It is a scam, so the scammers will not allow you to unsubscribe. Therefore, if you are being charged, cancel the card they are charging and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.

I too receive a message an half hour ago telling that they choose me as one of there participant for an annual visitors survey. If I completed the survey, clicked on "Next" to claim the prize, but stopped and did not continue to provide email address nor any further details, do I need to worry about anything? Like being infected with a virus or keylogger?
There is no need to worry. In order to get infected, you would have been prompted download and install a malicious app.
I also answered 4 questions and stopped since they asked my phone number. But in here it shows call us, I clicked it and there is a number showed in my dial pad. Since it seems weird I am not calling and I left the site...so am I to be worried?? Do they get my information??
