Takes your money, claims everything out of stock, states will reimburse money. No money ever returned. Scam, scam, SCAM!

It is absolutely a SCAM!!!!! Even Paypal have been duped by them and I was the one who lost $150USD. Even though after some pressure I received a crappy shirt, because they could provide evidence of a package being sent to me, Paypal then dismissed my claim…….
DI NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE ROGUES AND CHARLATANS…. even now I see similar companies pop up with similar styled clothes. I just cant bring myself to lose anymore money if they are not a legitimate company. Even Paypal I use less and less because of their failure to protect me.

This company is a Disgrace Do not buy from this Company... Took my money & received no clothes, that me I will never buy from a American company on line again ... Beware they are also known under other company Names .

My order never came. They said I could have a refund. When I got back to them about my refund they said it had been too long and they could not issue a refund. I persisted and 3 more times they said they would issue a refund but they never did. They are dishonest.

Disgusting, took 4 months to receive them in 2 parcels, nothing fits the quality of the clothes are disgusting ...plus they trade under several names..never again

Before CV-19 became a concern I ordered numerous articles. It was so delayed without any notifications that I had moved. I emailed them to tell them that a new address for delivery was necessary since months had passed. The order was placed in Jan. or sooner and I still wait... ? I would like to get the package but I can't seem to actually speak or on-line chat with any representatives of the company. Do I have to dispute the money that was taken out of my account at the time of the order?

Fasigal Review: I actually had a good experience as far as the clothing I ordered was concerned. It definitely feels like it could’ve been risky. I ordered four items: 2 tops, a dress and pants. They each came separately, and arrived months after placing the order. The pants are cheap looking but the other items I was actually very pleased with. Pleasant Hill, California

I got scammed by this company. My order took more than 4 months to arrive. The products were of the poorest quality cotton and were sewn very sloppily. I wish I had checked them out before I ordered!

Agree with all the above comments and I'm sorry I didn't find this site before I ordered. Half of my order arrived - one top was very good but the two pairs of pants were poor quality. The tracking links on their website pointed me to Australia Post, which didn't have a record of the tracking number. The first parcels actually arrived from Toll. other half of the order didn't arrive. Customer Service did follow up and asked me if I wanted a refund, which I asked for, but so far hasn't been processedm, despite three follow up emails.

Finally I received my order and I had not gotten what I had originally ordered. Wrong sizes on each item. Took 4 months to get the rags delivered. They go under different company names. Stay away from them.

Q ordered around $200.00 worth of clothing 2 months ago and have nothing. I wrote to them and no answer. Would they have used another name on the credit card? They are a bunch of crooks Don't use them.

I ordered a pair of booths in Feb 2020. Have not received anything as of 5/2020. My next step is the Attorney General's Office. I am tired of waiting.

There seem to be a number of companies, all with different names, all selling exactly the same clothing but there is a ‘mother’ company that comes up on your credit card. I’ve been waiting months. Every email gets a response and I have a tracking number...but nothing has arrived. Nil. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Hugely disappointing because now I don’t trust any online clothing facilities based in China or India.

I do agree with the lady above... I only received 2 items and mind you very bad quality. Out of 6 only received 2, so they are scammer never again do not trust them... Dishonest company... don't be fooled and lose your money.

I have tried to contact customer service three times via email (as I couldn't find a phone number) and NO RESPONSE!
I received the items I ordered, but were WAY to small.
Any suggestions?

It looks like they have cute clothes... I waited two months and got two of seven items I ordered, but they weren’t what I ordered at all.

I ordered seven items and I received three items three months later. The sizes were approximately three sizes too small and the fabric was thin. Poor quality and undependable company. Beware!

I did an online order in February 2020, then read the reviews about Fasigal, which had me worried, so immediately emailed them to cancel. They said don't worry order still processing and x days wait on the order. I replied no please cancel and never heard back from them.
I was covered as I had made purchase by Paypal who has a guarantee. Waited just over a month and no goods turned up. Emailed Fasigal again, they said don't worry and gave me the same timeframe as the first email. I said please cancel and refund me immediately and the replied and said ok. I had a FULL REFUND back to my credit card within about a week! Maybe it's because I used Paypal

This company is awful... What goes around comes around. CARMA! If the authorities find you I will be there to prosecute you. ALSO! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I received my shirt. I ordered 2 months later. The shirt felt like a plastic table cloth. Do not order for this site.

I am contacting my credit card company because I have not received my order from January 30th .

Ordered 3 items on January 20, 2020. I've emailed them (supposedly) 4 times with no replies. The amount was immediately charged to my account. Really disappointed! What's the matter with people! SCAM!

Order places February 12 and have not received items

I placed an order on 2/6/2020 and still have not received anything at all. I sent an email to check on my order, but still have not heard from anyone. I have cancelled my credit card to avoid future transactions.

March 10, 2020. Ordered clothes in January NEVER RECEIVED ordered clothes in March thinking maybe my order didn't go through. Both orders went through and showed up on my MasterCard NO DELIVERY RECEIVED charged for both. SCAMERS AND FRAUDS.

I ordered and paid for 3 blouses for $68.00 dollars. February 2, 2020. And have not received anything. It says to go to service-fasigal.com and you can't get in. No phone number. Or customer support. Is this web site a big scam. They took my money.

I too ordered 5 x tops 3 x pants $270 - no reply, no answers to emails, no product.

I paid $106.95 for 5 tops and got one (1)! Can not get any response from anyone. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

I placed an order on January 15. I ordered four items. The money was deducted from my account. After not receiving anything but told they were on the way, I emailed PayPal. A month later, I received two of the items, one being incorrect. I have not received the other two items, so I am now starting a claim process with PayPal. I am not concerned about the money, but PayPay should not support such an untrustworthy business.

I placed an order with a confirmation on Feb. 13 - also the date they took payment from my credit card. I have tried to contact with no response.
What a bunch of thieves .
Being on a fixed income this really makes me especially angry.

While this won’t help you now, Try using PayPal next time. You can file a claim and hopefully receive a refund. Good Luck!

I ordered $80 worth of product almost 2 months ago and have never received anything. I have requested my money back and have not heard anything from them. Of course I should have known it was a scam when I placed my order since there was no contact phone number.

I have been scammed before by Chinese companies (lost $90). I researched this company on Google and sure enough another one from China so, of course, did not order anything.

They are thieves...ordered for 180 AU$ and never got anything delivered. They kept me busy for a couple weeks with mails going back and forward... e.g. send me a mail with the information that a item is not available and I have to choose another one for the same price. But they didn't mention which item for which price...went on for weeks until I gave up and left my money with them.

Before I ordered anything I sent an email to find out where to send a return just in case it didn’t fit or I just didn’t like the way it looked on me. I never got a response and after reading the reviews I will not be ordering anything from this company.

I too think this is a scam. I ordered a top many weeks ago. And as of this date 2/7/20 have not received ANYTHING!

I ordered 3 tops back in January of this yr. When I started to see what was going on I saw info that it was probably a scam. Isn’t that nice. I rarely buy my self anything new because I’m on disability after what chemotherapy did to me from cancer. WTF is wrong with this world we live in.

I have not received women new buttoned pants ordered in January, 2020 as order # 001073.
Customer service online say they don't have my E-mail or password, both of which are correct. Pants cost $18.90 plus shipping. I believe this is a scam.

I ordered a top and received confirmation of the order but when it hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks, I emailed asking if there was a problem. I received an immediate response, assuring me the top was on its way. It came 3 weeks. I was very pleased with the item. The quality was good and the price appropriate.

I too order clothing from fasigal. Told items were sold out. Tried emailing at service-fasigal.cim email doesn't exist. Connecting my bank. Thank you. Lesson learned
