Fasigal located at is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell tops, dresses, bottoms, jumpsuits, plus size clothing, swimwear, and other products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    It is absolutely a SCAM! Even Paypal have been duped by them and I was the one who lost $150USD. Even though after some pressure I received a crappy shirt, because they could provide evidence of a package being sent to me, Paypal then dismissed my claim…….

    DI NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE ROGUES AND CHARLATANS…. even now I see similar companies pop up with similar styled clothes. I just cant bring myself to lose anymore money if they are not a legitimate company. Even Paypal I use less and less because of their failure to protect me.

    My order never came. They said I could have a refund. When I got back to them about my refund they said it had been too long and they could not issue a refund. I persisted and 3 more times they said they would issue a refund but they never did. They are dishonest.

    Before CV-19 became a concern I ordered numerous articles. It was so delayed without any notifications that I had moved. I emailed them to tell them that a new address for delivery was necessary since months had passed. The order was placed in Jan. or sooner and I still wait...? I would like to get the package but I can't seem to actually speak or on-line chat with any representatives of the company. Do I have to dispute the money that was taken out of my account at the time of the order?

    Fasigal Review: I actually had a good experience as far as the clothing I ordered was concerned. It definitely feels like it could’ve been risky. I ordered four items: 2 tops, a dress and pants. They each came separately, and arrived months after placing the order. The pants are cheap looking but the other items I was actually very pleased with. Pleasant Hill, California

    I got scammed by this company. My order took more than 4 months to arrive. The products were of the poorest quality cotton and were sewn very sloppily. I wish I had checked them out before I ordered!

    Agree with all the above comments and I'm sorry I didn't find this site before I ordered. Half of my order arrived - one top was very good but the two pairs of pants were poor quality. The tracking links on their website pointed me to Australia Post, which didn't have a record of the tracking number. The first parcels actually arrived from Toll. other half of the order didn't arrive. Customer Service did follow up and asked me if I wanted a refund, which I asked for, but so far hasn't been processedm, despite three follow up emails.

    Finally I received my order and I had not gotten what I had originally ordered. Wrong sizes on each item. Took 4 months to get the rags delivered. They go under different company names. Stay away from them.

    There seem to be a number of companies, all with different names, all selling exactly the same clothing but there is a ‘mother’ company that comes up on your credit card. I’ve been waiting months. Every email gets a response and I have a tracking number...but nothing has arrived. Nil. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Hugely disappointing because now I don’t trust any online clothing facilities based in China or India.

    I ordered seven items and I received three items three months later. The sizes were approximately three sizes too small and the fabric was thin. Poor quality and undependable company. Beware!

    I did an online order in February 2020, then read the reviews about Fasigal, which had me worried, so immediately emailed them to cancel. They said don't worry order still processing and x days wait on the order. I replied no please cancel and never heard back from them.

    I was covered as I had made purchase by Paypal who has a guarantee. Waited just over a month and no goods turned up. Emailed Fasigal again, they said don't worry and gave me the same timeframe as the first email. I said please cancel and refund me immediately and the replied and said ok. I had a FULL REFUND back to my credit card within about a week! Maybe it's because I used Paypal

    I placed an order on January 15. I ordered four items. The money was deducted from my account. After not receiving anything but told they were on the way, I emailed PayPal. A month later, I received two of the items, one being incorrect. I have not received the other two items, so I am now starting a claim process with PayPal. I am not concerned about the money, but PayPay should not support such an untrustworthy business.

    They are thieves...ordered for 180 AU$ and never got anything delivered. They kept me busy for a couple weeks with mails going back and forward... e.g. send me a mail with the information that a item is not available and I have to choose another one for the same price. I’m really particular who I order from now. After reading Fasigo website I knew it wasn’t written by someone who spoke English,

    Before I ordered anything I sent an email to find out where to send a return just in case it didn’t fit or I just didn’t like the way it looked on me. I never got a response and after reading the reviews I will not be ordering anything from this company.

    Customer service online say they don't have my E-mail or password, both of which are correct. Pants cost $18.90 plus shipping. I believe this is a scam.

I received an immediate response, assuring me the top was on its way. It came 3 weeks. I was very pleased with the item. The quality was good and the price appropriate.

      The clothes they advise are the same in three of the same but go by different names. I ordered similar clothes. The shirts with cute girls are Orion on. The sleeves were not finished. They still had not been stitched all the way around. So disappointed.

    Ordered three garments, never did hear anything back from them on ETA or shipping dates, when I put pressure on them they replied saying the garment fabrics were out of stock but they would be getting new supplies in 10-15 days and if I want to wait or be refunded, of course I took the latter, but my advice stay clear of this fraudulent website.

    We consider them fraudulent because they are. Your order one thing and receive junk, or You order and don’t receive anything.

    They have no customer service and don’t answer your questions or return your money.

    I ordered a sweatercoat and received a tablecloth sewn to a thin brown fabric .

    Top of the line goods from a chop shop in China.

    I don’t think so and since my episode with another outfit called, Annie

    Cloth, I check everything, especially country of origin.

    There are lots of these online scammer now, so do your home work, and to tell the truth, half of everything on USA shelves seems to come from China.

    I’m sick of seeing made in China on the label.
