Pearlcosy promised me a refund but required me to cancel the dispute with MasterCard first. I was hesitant but I had little choice. Of course, they have not given me the refund even though I cancelled the dispute 10 days ago. Thieves.

I know now that I have been scammed. This company should be dismantled. The site advertise one thing but you receive cheap Knock offs.I will never buy from them ever. I intend to hit every social media world wide to expose their lies.

Site is from Hong Kong, though the website is a slick, euro-centric merchandise. The items received are N O T H I N G like pictured on the website. One item ordered is a long-sleeve t-shirt with a print and text, it arrived as a pullover with some knockoff logo; thats it. The rest of the items ordered that arrived are incredibly cheap material and sizing must be for tiny Chinese people. DO NOT ORDER anything from this site

Placed order on Aug.10. Received 4 out of 5 items ordered Sept. 11. 3 items are not as advertised. I advise staying away from this scam.

I will never do business with Pearlcosy again. A very unreliable and untrustworthy company. They suck you in with attractive prices. What they sell is inferior and takes forever to be delivered. It's also very difficult to get an honest reply when contact there "sp called" customer service. Fair warning: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  • August 20, 2020 at 4:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Silver Spring, Maryland, United States

Ordered two pairs of pants and selected the largest size available from the size chart and they STILL didn't fit. I'm not a fat person, nor am I very tall. Only 5'10" 200 lbs and these pants were too short and made of very thin cheap fabric. Their website is misleading. You think you are ordering from a company in the UK when actually you are ordering from some place in China. Took over a month for my order to arrive. Unless you are under 5'8" tall and weigh less than 175 lbs dont bother buying anything because it wont fit. Thank God I didnt try to also buy shoes. They probably would have either not fit or fell apart within a month.

  • August 19, 2020 at 4:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Maplewood, New Jersey, United States

Yes, all the bad reviews (except the 5-start reviews obviously written by people connected with the company) are accurate. Fortunately/unfortunately I only had to wait a month for my shipment. Yes, the linen shirts I bought are slightly small, although wearable, and rather cheap made. And, the BUTTONS on the the two shirts that have buttons are on the wrong side for a man. Oh brother.

  • August 18, 2020 at 11:11 AM by an anonymous user from: Riverside, New Jersey, United States

I ordered two shirts for myself from them using their size chart - they fit my p*****n nephew - barely. I don't know how they measure things, but thier M is an XS at best. Never again.

  • August 18, 2020 at 7:16 AM by an anonymous user from: Lady Lake, Florida, United States

Don't trust Pearlcosy. I placed an order, and, within 24 hours I canceled it, because of the numerous bad reviews. I had no merchandise to return, because I canceled so quickly. They took my money in minutes, and after weeks of waiting and broken promises, they have not sent me my refund. Twice in the past month, they promised to refund my money. So far, I have received no refund. I repeat—Don't trust Pearlcosy.

  • August 13, 2020 at 4:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Sacramento, California, United States

My experience with this vendor echoes the preceding comments. The shirt I ordered was a poor fit and I emailed the company to ask for a return address and/or address label for returns. I got a reply suggesting that, due to the risk of the package being lost in shipping, I apply a 30% discount to a new purchase. I wrote to say I wasn't interested and again asked for an address. A day or two later, another reply, once again suggesting I apply a discount to a new product and give the shirt to someone who could use it. Crazy. I'll dispute the charge when it shows up on my credit card bill. Lesson learned. By all means avoid this company.

  • August 12, 2020 at 1:48 PM by an anonymous user from: Porter Ranch, California, United States

Pearlcosy at pearlcosy.com - Very cheaply made, cheap material and very, very small for a man in the USA. Pants was ordered in a 5X and shirt a 3X, based on some assessments and reviews from customers. Not worth the money and the 2 months before they arrived at my home in the USA. No one to contact, no responses to urgent emails. Don’t buy.

  • August 9, 2020 at 12:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Mill Valley, California, United States

Likewise! They don't send anything just bill you. According to a YouTube video they also sell your info.

Pearlcosy should be avoided at all costs!

Ordered three (3) pair of summer weight cotton pants, waited six (6) weeks for the order to be delivered only to receive two(2) pair of pants that were grossly undersized and one (1) hideous shirt. I have requested a return authorization from Pearlcosy and notified American Express to dispute the charge from this fraudulent Chinese company. The order was shipped from a third party distribution house located in New York.

Avoid all business with this fraudulent company!

Buyer Beware, this company is a scam and they are dishonest people. Their website advertises as if they have a location in the US. They claim you will get your product in ten days. It took 59 days to get a pair of shoes I ordered. That was after emailing them twice and they ignored my emails. So, I disputed the charge with Paypal. Eventually I received the product and it was substandard, poor quality, cheaply made and shipped from China with some lower tier shipping service. I asked for a refund and they ignored my email. Their website states they will refund you and will not charge you for shipping more than once. I paid for shipping with my first order. therefore, I requested a shipping label. Their return address states it is in some town in Alabama but that is just an address service to trick you into thinking they have a presence in the US. The item was shipped from China. So once again, I disputed the charge as they didn't respond to my request for refund. Finally, they responded by saying to ship the product back to China. Well, by the time you do that you end up paying the same for shipping it back as you paid for buying it, and they know it. So I am stuck with a subpar and overpriced product. Paypal didn't help, they made the dispute process so difficult it's almost like they want to keep these people happy so they can continue to use their merchant services. So, beware if you buy from them you may not get what you ordered and if you do it is poor quality, and you won't get much help from your credit card or payment service provider.

  • July 31, 2020 at 4:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Erith, England, United Kingdom

To all concerned, I ordered 3pairs of cargo shorts 2xl and they were were delivered but were way too small so I emailed them to exchange them for 3xl.

Several e-mails later they finally responded saying that their sizes were smaller than European sizes and they suggested that I give them to a friend and they would give me a 30% discount on my next order!

They won't exchange them, getting them to respond to e-mails and getting any satisfaction is like pushing water uphill

All I want is 3pairs of shorts that fit.

Now that they have my money, they're in the slightest bit interested in fulfilling their obligation.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.THEY ARE DISREPUTABLE .

I AM STILL GOING THROUGH THIS.

HEED MY ADVICE. LEAVE WELL ALONE

I hope they are enjoying my money, Something has to be done about these people, This is what we don't need with everything thing else that's going on in this world today!

  • July 30, 2020 at 7:47 AM by an anonymous user from: Riverside, New Jersey, United States

I ordered shirts, not only did they take forever (COVID excuse). They were flimsy, and even though I ordered according to their size charts, the shirts I got would fit my 11 year old nephew better than they would me. I didn't even try for a refund or a return, figuring it would be a waste of time. Avoid at all costs

  • July 29, 2020 at 2:20 PM by an anonymous user from: Windsor Locks, Connecticut, United States

I have asked several times to have them stop sending me their ads. My family is not interested in their product. When they send ads to my laptop it blocks part of a meeting that I am attending. When I try to delete them, I will sometimes get kicked out of my meeting.

I don't want to change my email address to make it stop as I am involved with several organizations regarding Mental Health and it would be very time consuming on my part to send everyone a new email address to be able to contact me.

    It is extremely annoying.

  • July 26, 2020 at 10:38 PM by an anonymous user from: Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, United States

I was checking out these company reviews before placing an order and I am glad I did.

For all the people who have not received their order or received a refund, hopefully, this information will help.

I work in the credit card industry. Contact your card company and tell them you want to dispute the charge because you have not received your order and that the company is unresponsive. Do not let your bank tell you that you cannot dispute the charges. Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover have rules in place to protect the cardholder.

    Good Luck!

I ordered shorts from them on July 1st. Sat in "Customs" for weeks. Now shows some shipping facility in Illinois for the last week. They responded in an email that it is all COVID related. I have been getting other USPS and UPS items with no problems. Yes, same way they purposely infected our country with COVID, they are now profitting from it. I am going to ask my credit card company to look into it.

These companies are all using the same MO. Unbelievable pricing and discounts

Great images and style be wary.

What I don't understand is given the styling they offer they would probably make more money going legit.

Placed order for two shirts on June 15 finally received tracking info on June 24. It is now June 26 and upon entering the tracking number shows no records. Charges to m card went through on the same day of purchase 6/15. I have feeling this is not China but perhaps India or Pakistan, doesn't really matter to me from where. I think I need to advise Visa of issue.

  • June 26, 2020 at 6:08 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States

Tried tracking shipment without going through their system and saw tracking history. Supposedly shoes cleared LAX yesterday 6/25 after shipping confirmation email on 6/3/20. Looks like they’re coming from China - surprise! Website leads you to believe it’s a British company. Probably a scam. Whether I receive the shoes or not remains to be seen. But I would not recommend doing business on this website anyway as they mislead, delay and have horrible customer service.

  • June 26, 2020 at 5:54 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States

I have been had once to twice by these companies that offer pictures of attractive clothes, I made the mistake of not doing any investigation ahead of time, like checking if they have a contact number, so I am glad I checked before hand this time. Seems like a lot of these companies list London as home base? My recommendation is Always check for a contact tel number before purchasing. Thanks

Pearlcosy is a scam or fraud. I have reported my case to the FTC and my credit card bank.

On May 12, 2020 I placed an online order and paid with my Visa card. A confirmation of my order came in online immediately. They took cash from my credit card account immediately also.

Absolutely nothing else happened thereafter; no merchandise, no shipment, no delivery. Order tracking via their web pages returns "cannot locate your order", "there is no account in record." I sent two emails to the email address:service@pearlcosy.com . Absolutely no response. In the meantime they keep sending me junk emails (they now have my email address and credit card number), promoting their scam. What a nerve! Report it to your credit card company, local police, and the FTC if you are a victim.
