absolute scam. just after I ordered I realize that the jacket is coming from China, paid $89.95, the cost of goods declared by the shipper is $14.50. Needless to say, the shipment has not yet arrive after 2 months.

I have been trying to recover my money from Vintage Syylists for three months after purchase of what they stated was a LEATHER jacket but wasn't. I returned the jacket at a cost of £22 by registered post to the address they gave me which was in China. It never arrived, or so they said. They refused any compensation and would not give me a proper business email address, claiming that their '' was the only one. Obviously a lie. I am trying to get compensation through the post office but need a proper email to put on their form. Does anyone have an email address? One that is for their business?

Who would think a designer leather jacket @$89 wasn't a scam. If you gave payment info for this, who's fault is it?

I ordered a leather jacket from an ad they ran on Instagram. The ad copy described the jacket as leather. No other qualifiers. Leather. After I placed the order and paid with my credit card I received another email inviting me to shop other items at their official website.

Only on that website did they identify the material of the jackets as polyurethane.

The item hasn’t been shipped and I’ve made several attempts to cancel the order. They have refused. I’m currently in the process of filing formal complaints with Instagram, government consumer protection agencies (Canada) as well as getting the credit card charge reversed with my bank. Avoid this outfit at all costs!

      Which jackets? Are they leather?

  • February 15, 2020 at 12:15 AM by an anonymous user from: London, England, United Kingdom

Vintage stylists refuse to give me a refund, although they advertise a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, which I am not. The jacket I bought was advised as leather, when it came it was plastic, and cheap at that. Emailed them but they refuse to give me a refund.

Don't know what to do from here.
