I bought a pack of ten Apple lightening charge cables from them. they delivered them promptly, they all worked when Igot them. I have used mine daily for the last two years with no problems in any of them. Out of the ten pack I use four personally, my spouse has two, we have two in our kitchen and living room for general public use, I gave one to my brother for his semI and one is still in the original packaging.
We have used them to charge five different types of iPhones, and three types of iPad over the last two years. Their product has served me very well and have been worth the $9.00CDN that I paid for each.

I purchased some magnetic cables from them for around $35. They do not work and the company refused to give me my money back. I saw the ad on Instagram. Since that happened I have looked up Instagram‘s advertisers and almost everyone of them are scams.

Bought the mosquito repellent wrist band that does not do what is claims to do, had a mosquito land on my arm next to the product. Wrist band is junk & keeps coming loose, several emails to the resolution center & they still will not refund my money. This company is a total scam.

I purchased in July 2019 some things you stick on your tummy to reduce it. Of course they don't work, but I can't get them to stop coming. I get 3 packages of 10 each each month for 19.95. I refuse the delivery and return it but they don't stop. I have paid over 250.oo for these and they keep coming.

contact your bank or credit card company and tell them to refuse payment.. the product will stop if they dont get money

This company is a total scam. I just bought two bras from them that were not at all the size (actual measurements) they published, and when they didn't fit, the company refused to take them back. The quality was also extremely low, junk. Not only that, but they refused to even speak to me until I made threats. I bought these through PayPal, which I used to really trust, but they have gotten numerous complaints about this company and yet they are still being sold through there.

I also bought 2 bras and same complaint. However, I did get an email asking for photo of packge, tracking code etc. And reason for return. I did that. In fact I refused delivery of the 2nd product and gave back to the post office for return and refund. That was a week ago. I will follow up with PayPal too.

I am out $105.90 because of this fraudulent website through PayPal.

Zest Ads is a scam. They charged $43 for a cheap defective cloth mask. It took 2 1/2 months to arrive. They know how to play the Paypal game. Haven't been able to get a refund.

Scam! Do not order anything from ZestAds. They issued me an order number (that does not exist in their resolution files) and stole money from me. PayPal still has not acknowledged my complaint.

BEWARE - Everybody check your automatic payments area in your PayPal account. I went in to cancel another payment and saw there was an annual payment of $150 USD scheduled. The only thing I recall purchasing from a company that could be Zest Ads Ltd was a small drone - that was a piece of c**p and the only instructions were in Chinese. I NEVER agreed to any further payments. Check your accounts people - looks like these scammers have found another way to take your hard earned cash!!

I ordered Two Sonic Shields and paid through Pay Pal. I have tried to return the items for a refund.
I contacted Pay Pal and found out how worthless Pay Pal is as far as assisting with a return or refund.
I believe Pay Pal is in bed with Zestads Limited.I totally believe this is a Fraud & scam.

I have a PayPal charge from them in 2019 for over $100. I have never heard of them, and sure I’ve never used their services.

This company sold me 2 ProN95I mask for 36.00 each and sent me a Sports Mask. Don't buy from them 100% False Advertisement.

They are not willing to resolve matter.

Yes, ZestAds works using PayPal and rarely ever sends the product that you purchased. Good luck ever getting a refund either as they make it nearly impossible. These guys are crooks!

ZestAds-Limited is a total super SCAM. I ordered their flashlights and thy were a total rip off. I paid through PayPal and filed a complaint, PayPal arranged for a return for what I paid. However, the return address was not a good address and UPS could not deliver. So, I am out purchase price of $190.00 plus $60.00 return shipping to Hong Kong. Morale of this is Chinese are lying scum bags and will cheat you till the cows come home. PRC is a totally worthless country and when the dams all brake I hope it washes the whole country into the South China Sea.

I ordered Areoshield masks for myself and my daughter who is a nurse. Over $200 in orders and the masks were never received. No word from the company at all. They even charged me $9.99 per order more because I was a VIP Customer. A huge rip off.

I ordered some stove top burner covers, and they do not work/fit my burners. I want to return them, but I cannot get an address to which to return the merchandise. I paid through PayPal and they have been of no help. They just keep referring me to the supplier. Their was no invoice or instructions in the package. When they confirmed the order it said contact us at suppor-findushelps.com. There is no such email domain so my email to them was returned as undeliverable! I am disgusted with bot PayPal and Zestads and will NEVER use them again. If anyone has a contact #/email address for Zestads, pleas post it here.

Zestads is a SCAM. I ordered a tactical flashlight!
It came with no instructions and no packaging and the piece of c**p doesn't work!
I work every day and I do not enjoy getting scammed and ripped off.
PayPal should make a list of companies like this and WARN consumers.

the same happened to me.....no packaging, no instructions, and some plastic tube. I emailed the "resolution center" and they wanted me to send them of video of it not working. I cleary got suckered. I hate these low life people.

Also, Lit Solar is a scam (power bank). I will never buy stuff like this on-line again.

I ordered 6 light disinfecting rods for each member of my family on April 28, they came June 10!! I had emailed PayPal, but cannot get in touch with ZestAds. I have filed a complaint with pay pal but no results!! I did not know it was a scam until I began searching and found these sane kind of scams from many ! Looking when I ordered them and then they took 3 months to ship! Yep I’ve been scammed!!

I had purchased a Drone X from Zest Ads and that was over 100 days ago. Currently, I am not getting any customer support and the tracking company that they use are a complete waste of time as no action is being taken in reference to satisfying this request.

All I get are generic responses and there are no customer satisfaction standards for this organization.

This is a complete SCAM and I will never again order any merchandise from China EVER AGAIN.

I ordered a drone in April. It took more than a month to deliver then was defective. I've been trying since then to return the item. We purchased via PayPal so I thought it was safe. Obviously not. ZestAds LImited doesn't have any email addresses, phone numbers or addresses to resolve the issue.

I guess not either. I ordered through PayPal and I ordered my stuff omg 188.00 in April and the company said it was delivered and it still hasn’t came, I went through PayPal with Zestads, I’m out all that money

I ordered the equinox robot vac in March, I just received it. What a joke. It is a tiny plastic piece of c**p which is nothing even close to what I ordered and paid 100 dollars thru pay pal, which they won't help me. I am so done with Facebook ads and pay pal, they don't care how senior citizens are getting ripped off. Zest ads won't answer emails, so where do you go for help. sure isn't PayPal.

But I got the refund from PayPal.

After I placed the order of equinox robot cleaners, I didn’t get the confirmation message from ZestAds. That’s when I started to worry.
I googled this ZestAds and found this site.
I contacted PayPal, asked for a refund.
To my surprise, the cleaners were sent to me after some time.
But they were cheap, toylike, terrible things.
I asked PayPal where I can send them back, but they didn’t give me the return address. But they refunded me.

So I still have the products with me, I don’t know what to do with them.
Maybe I can throw them away ? But I keep them for a while in case they ask me to send them back.
You can ask PayPal to refund. Good luck.

From experience with PayPal I usually lose the will to live before I can find what I am looking for which is always to make a complaint about a company I have used to buy something, Do other find this? You seem to go round and round the houses and then you land up sending messages to a virtual messenger!! I find it very stressful and sometimes even think ‘can I really put myself through this?’. I have been very happy to read that others have problems with PayPal. At the moment I am trying to find an e-mail address for Zest Ads Ltd but am not having much joy. The one I found just bounced right back to me - undeliverable. I could go on but I will just say - rant over.

Yes they are a total rip-off I got conned out of $21 for a super bright flashlight which never appeared tracking number provided is fake paid for it through PayPal and they can't even Trace them must be a total criminal operation out of China no doubt.

I paid f!*-ing $29 for the stupid cheap piece of China made craap! It took 46 days from ordering it, the tracking originating in Fremont CA 7 more days to Fremont, CA, 42 days to then go to LA (which passed right by me, I'm on the central coast) got to LA, at which point I wrote an email to this sh_!* storm of a company, asking wtf was going on, that if it took any longer to deliver an in state parcel.
I was going to claim non delivery and get my refund. But I hoped I would get this product and wouldn't be completely disappointed with the quality, but I thought I would voice my issues with them thus far to be on record and that because it took almost over 30 days that I was assuming a 30 day guarantee would not begin until I received the item.
Well amazingly it only took 1 day to deliver it to me from LA. But 42 days from Fremont to LA. Stupid. And to top it off it is an utter piece of s!-*, cheap craap. It is not super bright, the pieces don't s***w together well, feels like I could bend it in on itself if I squeeze it too hard. Came in a bubble wrap pouch and mailer bag. No instructions, warranty, nothing. Just the craap flash light and a battery sleeve. No paper, it has a port that indicates it may be rechargeable, no cord. No packaging at all, not one word.
This is the second time I've gotten screwed and I believe it's the same c**p company under another name under some umbrella LLC bulls!-*. The other is lit dreams DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EITHER ALL PRODUCTS ON THAT SITE ARE DESIGNED IN EUROPE MADE IN CHINA AND DELAY SHIPPED FROM WITHIN YOUR STATE, THEN IF YOU WANT A REFUND, YOU DON'T RETURN IT TO WHERE IT CAME FROM ON YOUR RETURN ADDRESS INFO...NO YOU HAVE TO FOOT THE SHIPPING AGAIN TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA! Then once it finally gets there, they can still reject your refund request at their discretion. TOTAL SCAM JUST LIKE THIS!
I noticed their invoice emails looked the same and knew before I got the flashlight that it was going to be a cheap disappointment and I also know that if I try to get a refund the same bs is going to happen again and I'll end up eating it on this also. I'm going to try PayPal refund claiming it was not the product advertised, because it certainly is not.
So claim non delivery and be glad you didn't receive the flashlight, I wish I hadn't. Non delivery is easier to get money back on than product being craap. Good luck!

This company has hit my credit card twice... I never received and product from them..they will not respond to my emails..like how long are they allowed to keep hitting my card.. cant get any help... jill h

! BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZestAdsLimited! They are a rip-off scum-bag outfit! I ordered 3 masks from them on April 6, 2020, and of June 12, 2020, I have not received the over-priced masks (53.17 for 3) - I was desperate or I would not have paid $17.72 for one)! That is fifty (50) working days (68 days if counting weekends)!! Their ads say, "...Fast, guaranteed deliveries via Expedited Shipping or your money back." From their tracking number, it appears that the items were sent to a shipper on Apr 16 - and they have sat there ever since Apr 16!

My repeated emails to them have only elicited replies such as "I should be more patient and allow another week as they are in transit .... blab-blab" - I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney Generals office and I intend to pursue reporting them to other agencies for their fraudulent business practices - NOT DELIVERING CUSTOMER'S ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER and refusing to refund my money!

I have been unable to find their original ad for these masks but fortunately, I did make a hard copy when I placed the order. Their ad does not say WHERE they are located and where the masks would be shipped from. Had I known when ordering they come from CHINA or some other country I never would have ordered them in the first place! The hard copy promises a "fast, guaranteed deliveries..." - talk about a slow boat from China!

I got the product that I ordered on April 2nd on May 8th. All directions etc. were in a language I don't know. The ear loops look fragile and I no longer needed as had to get some from a group making masks locally to able to go to the grocery store. Am now fighting to get a refund as I returned without opening any of the units. Paypal was of NO HELP at all. I had no idea that they would continue service to a known scam, but they do it seems. Think I will be closing that account when I get resolution, if I get resolution of this mess. They want proof in pictures and video of their tracking info, Of the flimsy ear straps, etc. Be aware and do not order from Zestads ltd.

It can’t be both and now that it’s too late to collect from pay pall they are playing stupid and denying anything . They just grab the money and run , as they know most people won’t do much for a few dollars as it costs more to fight them than its worth . Just Avoid them

They are about as useful as wet used toilet paper, but it's a starting point and you will have proof that you contacted them. They might lie and say that you never notified them of a late delivery, so you do need proof

Hello to all with interest in the company zest ads I just recently wrote a negative ad that was premature and I must apologize to zest ads and to the community at Large for having posted a negative comment. I just now received my item I hope that it can be retracted before it is posted. I just wrote it a couple of minutes ago so with the exception of poor tracking numbers and a lack of response to my emails. zest ads did come through. With egg on his face, Jess.
