Is Payne Richards & Associates a Scam?
Payne Richards & Associates sent me a letter telling me I have unclaimed money, fill out a form, have it noterized and they will send a check. But, instead of following their instructions, I called the company and they informed me that it was money owed to me from an American Express card. They would not answer my question, so I hangup and called American Express and was told this was a scam. These people should be found and jailed forever.
