I ordered a new Xbox and PS5 with Mistertecno as they said they had them in stock. I wanted the Xbox for a birthday present in November so I asked them to send that out first. They emailed back to advise they both wouldn’t be available until after Christmas. This was not explained when we paid for our items so we requested a refund. Was advised the refund would be issued in 14 working days. That time has now passed and still no refund. Before, they have always been pretty quick at emailing back but since the 14 working days has passed, they have stopped answering emails.
After making a few complaints online, I was contacted by Mistertechno and informed that the money would be paid back today. But, I have gotten it.
I cannot find the words to describe how frustrated and annoyed I am with company. They have replied to a review that I make online, stating that an order was placed today. This is not the case at all. My order was placed in October and they told me I would receive my refund 14 working days from the 28th of October and still they have not returned my money!

Scam - do not purchase from this company. An order was placed for a PS5 in November 2020. This was never received. After numerous emails we were told on September 7th 2021 that a refund would be made in 14 days. This has never been received and now my emails are not being answered. We have lost £456.Avoid at all costs!Order number HTTTKRSBB
SCAM! Also ordered an XBOX Series X 2.5 weeks ago and still waiting. I’ve sent various emails and all they do is fob me off. Refund requested but not hopeful they’ll respond. Legal action next.
Scammers! Bought a ps5 for my boy for Xmas in November, by April I had to fill out a fraud statement with the bank as they just completely fobbed me off! Good job I had my money back from the bank otherwise I would of lost £500! Terrible so called company! Don’t waste your time or money!
This is a SCAM. Avoid it to avoid heartache.I paid for and ordered a PS5 in October, I have emailed, WhatsApp, messaged on website and called and have had no answer to any of these attempts.
I purchased an Xbox through this company and after a week or so my online account was showing order in progress, this never changed. The order was in progress for weeks. I had emailed and messaged several times and they did not respond to a single message so I sent an ultimatum that they have 1 week to dispatch my item or refund me in full or I will start legal proceedings.They mailed me back almost instantly informing me my order has been cancelled I would receive a full refund in 14 days. I'm still waiting for this refund and believe this company to be scammers and need to be removed and banned for selling anything and even prosecuted for theft and fraud!
The same has happened to me on the ps5, fuming, I’ve phoned them to not be put through
Scammed my son out of pre-ordered xbox. Been looking at reviews and he has scammed thousands of pounds from people. He only answers on trustpilot and if you are lucky, he will not have your review removed (he did this with my first one). Now have to involve bank and police. I am absolutely furious, infact, I cannot even find a word to describe how angry I am. My son is autistic and has gone into complete meltdown over this.

Hiya, same happened to me! 14 working-days has lapsed without a refund; I have contacted them to query when this will be received multiple times and they do not respond! Not sure what else I can do?!
If you paid by credit or debit card your bank can start a Chargeback process. I’m currently doing this. Good luck!
