07508469564 Scam Text Message - Apple Pay

I received the scam text below from 07508469564, which claims it is Apple Pay and my card has been added to "iPhone 8 - Sams iPhone" or Apple device. It then says if I do not own this device I can cancel it at a fake Apple website.

just received this message supposedly from Apple - Apple pay. your card has been added to 'iphone 8 sam's phone' if you do not own this device, please cancel the device set up here apple: undatabillinginfo.com; is this a scam?

When you click the link you see a card detail for Darren.
