To report a phishing or spoofed e-mail, phone call, text message or webpage:

Open a new e-mail and attach the e-mail /screenshot of text message you suspect is fake. For suspicious webpages, simply copy & paste the link into the e-mail body without opening the link. If you receive a link to a suspicious webpage in an email, do not click on the link. If you want to report a suspicious phone call, include its details in the e-mail.

Note:

Sending this suspicious e-mail as an attachment is the best way for us to track it. If you can't send the e-mail as an attachment, you can forward it.Send the e-mail to stop-spoofing@amazon.com. You can report suspicious spam in Australia to Scamwatch at https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam which also contains additional information on where to get help if you think you have been scammed.

Note:

Amazon cannot respond personally when you report a suspicious correspondence to stop-spoofing@amazon.com but you may receive an automatic confirmation.
