Do not buy anything from this company they are a total shame. I ordered a drill stand with extraction attached and waited 52 days for it to arrive but it was a blue tooth ear piece that turned up. They wanted me to return it at my own cost and they would give me a 30% refund on my original order which was now no longer available. This I refused to do and the emails just got more and more unhelpful. I contacted PayPal and they reviewed the case and said I was right and had told the company to refund my money. This hasn’t happened and to try and get in touch with a person at PayPal is impossible so their policy of investigation of complaints is pointless as well.

I ordered a drill press table 11 weeks ago and keep getting told to wait, covid has caused delays in shipping. they give me a bogus tracking app to go to to check, but they never give me the tracking number. they are definitely a scam. I hope that paypal will retieve my money for me.
