I received confirmation that the order was shipped on August 6, 2021, I received the package a week later. I tried to use them and they would not fit on my sneakers. I then contacted customer support for instructions to return. I was asked to send pictures of the product and shipping package, along with a video of my trying to use them. Customer support’s response was there was nothing they could do. I continued to correspond with customer support stating that their refund policy stated if dissatisfied with the product for any reason it could be returned within 30 days after receiving the item. Customer support continued to state they could not refund my purchase. I sent the item to the Portland, OR address. Tracking Confirmation shows the item received on August 31. The Order was shipped to me on August 6th. I received the package about a week later My return was well within the 30 days. Continued communication with customer support stated a refund could not be made. Their refusal to honor the refund policy is dishonest and very poor customer support.
