I ordered 3 phone charging cables. The package arrived looking as if it was attacked by wolves. Holes and rips all over. The cable for I phone was completely bent so as to be unusable. I sent them several emails. They did not respond at all. I do not recommend ordering from this company!

Early in August 2021, I purchased a set of shoe helpers. I received confirmation that the order was shipped on August 6, 2021, I received the package a week later. I tried to use them and they would not fit on my sneakers. I then contacted customer support for instructions to return. I was asked to send pictures of the product and shipping package, along with a video of my trying to use them. Customer support’s response was there was nothing they could do. I continued to correspond with customer support stating that their refund policy stated if dissatisfied with the product for any reason it could be returned within 30 days after receiving the item. Customer support continued to state they could not refund my purchase. I sent the item to the Portland, OR address. Tracking Confirmation shows the item received on August 31. The Order was shipped to me on August 6th. I received the package about a week later My return was well within the 30 days. Continued communication with customer support stated a refund could not be made. Their refusal to honor the refund policy is dishonest and very poor customer support. I wish to receive a refund for Order #WGT197096.

I recently received an email from wishinggoat.com inviting me to return as an active customer. To my surprise I discovered that this was the company that I had ordered it`s advertised item a carnet pocket handbag holder in mid Dec.2019 intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. I never received that item during early 2020,but believed that my late ordering was the cause of my missing getting the item in time for Christmas. I lost track of the seller information, and then the Covid occured triggering a possible explanation that shipment from this seller perhaps located in China was acceptable as long as it would be delayed for some time. It never was received or did the seller ever contact me about the delay or a refund during 2020 or this year. I`ll contact paypal to determine if they can provide order confirmation of that order in Dec.2019.

This is absolutely a scam. I ordered a product that never arrived -- the tracking showed as "pending" for 3 weeks. When I reached out to the company via email (no phone number available) they told me to check back in 10-15 more business days to see if thee was any update. That is absurd, right?! I asked them to cancel the order and they simply said, "No." Shady, shady. Stay away.

Be VERY careful with Wishingoat. They make their site so confusing you may not get what you think you are getting. I expected a drill SET and received a SINGLE drill bit.

There are better deals on eBay anyway so my advice is to stay clear of these crooks.

I am having the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Wishingoat now. Thankfully I went through PayPal. I purchased a door draft guard, completely fell apart after 2 days, and by that I mean maybe opened/shut the door 4 times. Basically, you receive 2 pieces of foam glued to some kind of cheap material. I instantly contacted them, surprisingly they did respond but only said they were sorry and would let management know. I then sent another email again Re-sending pictures and once again explaining how quickly this guard fell apart and stated I wanted a full refund, now receive emails starting they only offer replacements, no refunds. Nice scam since they state they offer a 30-day guarantee.
They do not want you to respond through PayPal (wonder why) only through their emails. I make sure to note in PayPal that I responded to their email along with screenshots. Have now had to escalate the case with PayPal since it is obvious there will be no agreement met. They even responded in last email that this time they would send me the correct product; no thanks.
You can forget about leaving a review unless it is excellent. I have now tried 3 times to review the product and none are put through.
Interesting if you look at their other products each have only 3 excellent reviews, which of course gives them a perfect 5 star rating.
They bill through a company named Little Playland Limited, pretty sure that is only used for billing purposes as I can not find them anywhere.
Please save yourself a big headache and stay away from this company.

It seems as if you are getting the run around, therefore, open a dispute with your bank to your money refunded.

I never received an email confirmation and have had no response to the few emails that I have sent them - very poor show. I would like to know if they plan on honoring my order or if I should contact my credit card to reverse the payment

I got a confirmation email from them about an order I never made. Never been to their site. I did laugh-react at their facebook ad. Now they're saying my order is on its way. Nothing on the sight to check an order or anything. Just weird. Thankfully I haven't given them any money. Curious to see where they send the "refund" they said was on it's way

I started to buy something but never hit enter to purchase. The next thing I know is I have an email that said my order was being processed. I have tried to contact their email address 5 times, but have gotten no response at all. I contacted my credit card to dispute the order and they did. I have never gotten any kind of response from this company and they do not have a telephone number for customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I started to buy an item and when I got to the checkout and before I authorised Paypal payment, the pricing reverted from AUD to USD (increasing the price) and when I emptied the cart and cancelled checkout, they still processed my payment. Sorted it through PayPal (can't recommend them enough) but avoid these crooks.

They have a drillbit commercial that looks real fishy. It's drillbits for stone and concrete, that they try to sell as universal. It's common knowledge that drillbits for stone and concrete can't be used for metal. They have some heavily doctored sequences showing a drillbit drilling in metal. In one of the sequences it's obvious that it is run backwards to create an illusion....
