I also ordered a scooter from Vickybelle and it shows that I paid for it by credit card - nothing arrived. I ordered it December 15, 2020. I don't know if there is any way to retrieve my money now. I have sent numerous e-mails to them, and have received no reply. Perhaps my first clue was when the tracking number showed up as invalid.
