I ordered Mickey Mouse Ear Band Holder from them. What I got was half the size and wasn't big enough to hold bracelets yet alone head bands. I've asked for my money back and provided pictures. They offered 20% off my next order. To me, if your food sucks, why would I ever come back? I will never use 20% because I now know that Apanno is wish.com

I ordered the Friends key holder and it was NOTHING like the one in the picture or as described.

First of all, I can't even put it together! Do I have to GLUE it on, or what?

Second, of all, it does NOT look like what I ordered!

The one in the picture and the reviews is MUCH nicer. The door handle looks different, The buzzer, the picture on the wall, the hangers that go on the right, the floor, EVERYTHING looks cheap and painted on with the one I received, but looks so much better in the pictures of the ones on your website and in the reviews.

Plus, the little shelf is SO small that sunglasses won't even fit there!

I contacted them TWICE for a refund, and instead of that, they said they can offer me a discount off my next purchase. I will NEVER purchase from this website again.

Also ordered the Monica door and it came in peices. It's cheap an looks nothing like the picture. Unbelievable c**p.

I received the Friends keyholder that looks like Monica's door as a gift. Came in pieces, because it was in an envelope with absolutely no padding. The sale picture showed handmade details. The object is cheaply printed. Certainly not a quality product, certainly not worth what was paid for it.
