Is Zjqgurnp Shop a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I ordered an ice maker in mid December. Never received it. They sent me a tracking # which indicated “it” was delivered. When I checked w/ USPS they said the item delivered weighed 2.8 oz, far below what an ice maker would weigh. They also said they see scams like this all the time. 🙁

I ordered an ice maker and waited 2 months for it. I contacted them and they said due to covid they are limited staff and have extra time to ship. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. They said they delivered and I tracked it. The delivered a watch. Wth. I got a full refund through PayPal.

Ordered 3 automatic cat trays from these thieves. Paid via PayPal, waited 3 months - had lots of e-Mail contact with them, then they said the trays had been delivered, which they hadn’t. I asked for proof, was just told over and over that they had paid duties and import and delivered the items. In the end, they offered me a 20% refund, which I had no choice but to accept. Was disgusted that these people can keep getting away with this. Don’t buy anything from them!

Me too. I ordered the same cat litter box and lucky enough I received a pair of sunglasses. The same thing, offer a 20% of refund, or I have to return the sunglasses and get a refund once they receive the sunglasses back. Been back and forward an email with them, finally, they have agreed to keep the sunglasses and will resend the cat litter box now, check the track and trace they provided. Already arrived in NZ. But not sure what they send this time. Lol

I also ordered a cat tray and received sunglasses. but I contacted Paypal and they made them refund me totally plus Paypal refunded me the shipping back fee. Contact PayPal so they will shut down their scam. You can contact them even if you did not pay with PayPal. I paid by credit card but they were still able to refund me.

I ordered my ice maker from this company. Their tracking showed no tracking or delivery info. When I disputed all of a sudden the name changed and tge tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox 6vweeks ago. Really??? This countertop ice machine was put in my mailbox? Really? It wouldn't fit? Too big and too heavy

Contact PayPal and ask for a refund from the seller. Paypal has zero-tolerance for scammers on their platform. I received a full refund for the item and for the shipping back fee. I ordered a cat tray and received sunglasses. Maybe if enough people complain about this seller PayPal will shut them down.

I am not happy. I order the nugget ice make and end up with sunglasses. I want my money back and I been waiting for 2 or 3 months for it and end up with sunglasses

Contact PayPal for the refund, the seller will not offer it otherwise. I received from PayPal a full refund for the item plus the shipping back fee. Don't give up, it's not worth letting the scammer get away with it. Paypal will help you even if you did not make the payment with a PayPal account, it is enough that the seller has an account. SCAM!! I ordered a self cleaning cat litter box and I received an electric toothbrush, and it took 2 months to deliver. I have sent a request for refund, but who knows if they will bother. Do not buy anything from them.

Did anyone get a refund? I also ordered the cat litter box and received the same sunglasses and filed a report on PayPal and they will try to block the account. Please contact PayPal and let them know about this kind of transaction on their platform and they take these scams very seriously and chances are we can get our money back.

Order Dec 20 off of Facebook Ad. Received package on Feb. 4th. No $19.99 Ice Machine. PLUS the $10 shipping. I received a cheap battery powered toothbrush in a small silver plastic envelope.

I received the same product after ordering the nugget ice maker, I have emailed the company but have had no result. I will be contacting my bank.

Where is the ice machine I ordered? Says it's been shipped but there is no tracking. Will have my payment reversed ASAP if I don't hear back from you within 24 hours.
