Is Addscart a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Store

Ordered what was presented in the video ad as Apple AirPods Pro on 8th May. I should have known by the price that the product was not genuine Apple. Payment by card was charged 3 days later, with delivery within 8-15 days worldwide. When the order had not been delivered I three weeks, I emailed and received a prompt response - Pods are on the way, but delivery delayed by Covid. I left it for a while and wrote again - Pods are on the way. And again - Be patient. When it got to 50 days, I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a full refund. The response was to wait, and if the parcel had be lost, I would be refunded. Kept writing, asking where my refund was, to be advised that delivery would be soon. I lost it a little and demanded my refund, advising that I would return the parcel if it ever arrived. Again, Be patient.
The parcel was delivered seventy six (76) days after my order was confirmed, and probably the Pods were only sent because of my persistence in writing. They are certainly not Apple, and whilst the sound is quite good, they have a habit of dropping out when I turn my head. They also manage to call people on my phone without prompting, or contact Siri. The advertised battery life is overstated. Best I have done is 75 minutes, then, “battery low”.
Whilst I did eventually receive my order, I was caused some stress and disappointment through the waiting period, and the ad definitely showed an Apple logo on the box.
It is disappointing that deceptive advertising is allowed through Facebook and other media. I would never purchase from Addscart again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BUY from these people. It’s a complete scam and they are rubbish quality.

I guess I am out of money as well because I didn’t do my research on this company. I have emailed them numerous times and nothing. I hate for people’s to just take advantage of other people’s because with everything going on in the world they should want the business and not steal from people’s

I was fooled by their Advertising, I purchased a pro EarPods, received a junk
Do not work correctly, noisy speaker, now I can’t get my money back.
Unfortunately I was not aware the seller is from CHINA, I wouldn’t purchase.
Lost my money.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER

Addscard is not cooperative or customer friendly. I ordered 3 items on 12 February 2020 before COVID 19 was severe, it took until 01 march 2020 for 1 item to ship and 02 march 2020 for the other 2 items to supposedly ship. I received one item 17.march 2020 and the other 2 I have not received till today, they offered me a refund of at max 12 USD for all items and for the waiting period. I paid around 107 USD in total. I will probably file criminal charges next.
