Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I have ordered something from them back in February 2020. It is June 26 and I still don't have my order and I don't have a refund. I will contact my bank and hopefully I can get my money back. I have only received 1 reply from them and they told me that my order was somewhere here in the states and that I needed to contact my post office. I did and after the USPS they told me my item was still in China. I cant believe they are still in business. I hope they get shut down.

I ordered well over 60days ago just a sweat suit for a bday. I have emailed asking for my money back as I still have no product. O was told this is covid issue an it was in transit then they sent me an email with a link of product that that was shipped to Canada. I'm in the u.s.a.... All emails from help center are generated so nobody really cares u hate there products. I turned this site into the BBB!!!! All I wanted was a bday gift an I had to buy a new one
