Home Kitchen Goods located at homekitchengoods.com and us.homekitchengoods.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell cookware, drinkware, knife sets, appliances, bakeware, cleaning products, dinnerware, grills, mats, and rugs. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Stay away from them. I ordered received email that they refunded my money but they never did. I filed dispute with my credit card.

I ordered from this site on March 20th and I received an email stating that my order was not going to be filled and that I would receive a refund. I emailed them at least 4 times since I received the email about my refund and I have yet to receive my money back or a reply and it is now April 25th. Guessing I won't be seeing that money.

I order from this web site on March 19th on March 21 I receive a email saying my order wouldn't be filled at that they would process a refund. Today is April 22 and I still haven't receive my refund. I email them several times. Please don't order from them

I had the same experience. I placed an order on March 21, 2020. When I followed up to check the expected delivery, I received an email on March 26, 2020 stating that it has been refunded. I have not received my refund. I have disputed it with my credit card issuer.

I too placed an order on March 18 to 19th. I emailed the next day to cancel it. The never replied. A couple of days later I received an email saying the refunded the money on the 26th I still haven't received my refund. I have to dispute it with my bank smh.
