I purchased 3 of these at the beginning of the pandemic 15 March for my 2 adult children and myself, for £87.99 shipping to UK. They eventually arrived on June 19th, and all worked when batteries f****d, although I have only used mine 3 or 4 times and it has failed, I have tried a new set of Duracell batteries but it won't work. I have emailed Mobileklean and their UK distributor, but have not even received an acknowledgement. The UK distributor is advertising these on -line for less than £10 each. So not only are they unreliable but were sold at a RIP-OFF price.

    Sent from Boston UK.

Ordered and received 3 mobile klean uv wand units. None work. Tried different batteries to rule out

a battery problem. The units are flimsy. I had doubts

about the product as soon as I unpacked it. It is so

flimsy that I was afraid it might not be safe to use.

Since none of the units work, that is no longer worth

thinking abouf it. I believe the selling of this product is a scam.

Their intricate packaging seems worth more than the wand.

It seems that trying to get a true address and phone number is pointless.

I will chalk this up to a bad investment.

I ordered 3 a month ago and have only received one. I did receive a message that the other two were sent but so I am not sure what is happening. I know our mail is delayed here so I am not making a judgment. I just want my other two.

I ordered 3 of these lights and one does not work at all. I noticed they give the best "deal" at times if you order 3. Is that because they dump the ones that don't work onto these orders? that is my question. I sent them an email in early july and haven't heard back at all. I even purchased a warranty for $30.Xx.

HI I ordered 3 wands in March, money (Paypal) was immediately withdrawn. Received wands yesterday (23rd July), sent one off to friend, opened mine, light does not go on - changed batteries, still no joy - have one unopened package bought for daughter. I feel embarassed vis-a-vis my friend, won't pass on present to daughter. Return address on parcel is via Switzerland, even though they are a Chinese company. They are not a serious company - will try and get my money back via PayPal.

They are not a serious company and the product looks flimsy, but in my instance does not even light up.

Ordered several on 14 March 2020. Have not received any. Billed $98.94 US Dollars ($159.65 AUD) and then they took another $23.79 US Dollars ($38.39 AUD). Called the Australia Number and spoke to a guy who said he would fix. Called again and couldn't get through. Finally sent an email on 15 June to cancel the order and asked them to refund the money. Have not received a reply. Tried to call again today 7 July and was told have to wait as there were a high volume of callers. Did not get through so sent another email.

I finally received my 2 MobileKlean UV wands on July 3rd, almost 90 days since placing my order. They charged my PayPal immediately and used my money for those 90 days. The build quality feels cheap and I don't think it would take much to damage it. Secondly, the unit was supposed to turn off (safety feature) if the UV light was turned upside down. That feature doesn't exist. Instructions say to hold the unit 1/2" away from the surface for 20 seconds. To sanitize just the front side of my cell phone you are talking about 40 seconds while steadily hovering over and pausing with the wand. Imagine how long it would take to sanitize a full size PC keyboard? My hand would get tired trying to hold and hover the wand so steadily over the surface. It is my fault that I fell for this deceptive marketing ploy. The UV wand is really small, so most sanitizing tasks would be a real chore and more trouble than it is worth. I could have just as easily spent my money on something more useful. Save your money and do not get sucked in by this product or the hyped up advertising.

I ordered this product on 4/25 a whole month passed and I did not receive the product or get an email stating it was shipped and on the way. I tried calling the phone number I guess there’s a time difference because I kept getting a voice mail. So I called very early in the morning and spoke to someone who reassured me It will be shipping as soon as they process my order. They had no problem pulling the money out my account definitely didn’t take them 30 days. I waited another 3 weeks after multiple emails I demanded a refund. I wanted to use it for work and had to get something else and spend more money. I did recently get my money back Which was great because I ordered the thermal scan as well. My advice don’t order it if you need it in the very near future. They may send it but you may have to wait 2-3 months and that’s ridiculous. I know we are in a pandemic BUT the fact that the company showed no interest in giving an update makes we say THINK ABPUT IT FIRST!

  • June 29, 2020 at 7:36 PM by an anonymous user from: Los Angeles, California, United States

I ordered 3 sanitizers and finally received them two months later.

I was not satisfied with this product at all and also I bought one locally while I was waiting.

I have sent them three emails so far but no response but when I called 1-855-806-0821, someone answered and gave me their return address in NJ. I am wondering if this is a legitimate place to return and receive a refund.

In the past, I returned some items to a company in China, for which shipping cost was more than $50 but they never gave me a refund. So I lost more than $200 including the shipping cost. It was a total scam and this company might be doing the same thing.

Has anybody ever returned this and received a refund?

Is Paypal or Credit card company my best bet?

Still have not received the wands I ordered on April 24th I have had contact via e-mail on the 17th of June, stating it was shipped on the 11 of June, along with a tracking number. Upon following the link for tracking it gives absolutely no info. After waiting another week I did scroll down to the bottom of the shipping info page and it gives a name of the company AfterShip. It wasn’t easy to find but if you can navigate to their help page it will give this https://www.aftership.com/courier. It will give you a search for the tracking number for the carrier from which it was shipped. USPS site gave no info😟 Next I tried DHL eCommerce, and voila, up came a manifest, date it was shipped, how long it stayed in customs, when it cleared customs, etc. Now, as of today June 26th it is somewhere in Hebron KY with a delivery date of June 30th. Hope this helps someone that is still waiting. I did expect to have a long wait when I realized it was coming from Hong Kong. Hopefully I won’t be too disappointed when they finally do arrive. Good Luck everyone and with this company, patience is a virtue👼🏻 and being respectful goes a long way✌🏼

  • June 23, 2020 at 8:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Lake Worth, Florida, United States

I ordered the product 87 days ago and still do not have it. Tried calling only to wait more than an hour and then have the call disconnected. Emails go unanswered. When I threaten to cancel order I received and email saying order had been shipped now 17 days later I still do not have order. Scam maybe not but certainly a very poorly ran company. Do not do business with them it is not worth the stress.

  • June 20, 2020 at 4:15 PM by an anonymous user from: Vancouver, Washington, United States

4-6-20, I ordered 3 units. I was ordering 2, but when I was finishing up the order online, a box popped up to let me buy another one for 19.99. I said yes.

So, counting shipping, handling, and tax for the 3 wands ordered, it came to $169.92. However, I never got a charge for 169.92, but only for 149.93 (price of 2).

6-15-20, I sent them a message under their customer support email (support.mobileklean.com) saying the product was still not here and the charge didn't match my order. Didn't hear back.

6-19-20, the 2 wands just arrived. But, not the 3rd that I had added at the end of the order. I was only charged for 2 though, so that's good.

After the long wait, I expected to be disappointed, but found the items to be in perfect condition, sealed boxes, and brand new with instructions included.

I added the 4 AAA batteries and started using it. I do like the ergonomics of this sannI wand and I've used several different types in the past. And, I do like that you can close it down to put your purse. I would say it was worth the wait as the virus is still around.

I never write these reviews, but am doing so for this product to let you other customers know that you'll probably get your order, but it takes quite awhile. Good luck.

  • June 16, 2020 at 7:16 PM by an anonymous user from: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

My order took 3 months to get here. Advertising does not match the product markings or instructions. It does not say anywhere on the package that is is a UVC light. No where does it say not to look at the light, only saying that any light source can cause damage to your eyes. Instruction says to hold the light 1/2 above the surface your wanting to use it on. The length of the 2 watt, 6vdc light is only about 21/2” long and with the reflector maybe 1” wide, the actual light being a 1/3 of that width. If the light does work, how much time do you have to keep that light on such a small area for 20 seconds at each spot. It’s a waste of time if your intention is to make things around you safe to touch.

with a Chinese company in the past.

Ordered on March 23rd and still no confirmation on June 15th that the order had been shipped. Responded to my inquiry today by email and response was that their supply chain has been “impacted by flight delays and local movement restrictions of staff and drivers, which has led to delays in shipments going out to consumers. Due to the current event, we are working hard to have orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. This has been a priority for our logistics teams around the world since day 1 of the outbreak.

As of this time, we cannot provide an estimated delivery timeframe.”

I am having problems also. I was given a tracking number over two weeks ago but the tracking does not recognise the number. I have been waiting ages. I have just e-mailed them for the second time as they ignored my first e-mail. I said I would contact Pay pal if I didn't soon hear from them.

      • June 16, 2020 at 6:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Chicago, Illinois, United States

They give a tracking number so they say it’s being shipped, so you can’t cancel. Every thing you see in the ad is not what you see when you get it. They do not mention anywhere that it is UVC light, just UVC light. They say it’s safe around children and pets and do not look at light for “extended periods of time. Overexposure to any light source could cause damage to your eyes”. Does that sound like a typical UVC light warning? Ad says hold 6” away. Product instructions say 1/2”. Do you know how long it would take to sterilize a keyboard at 20 seconds per spot if it actually works? I haven’t tested the light yet to see if it works but if they a scam, the product they send doesn’t say what type of UV light it is, so yes they make it difficult to say you didn’t get your money’s worth for tiny 2 watt pretty UVC blue night light.

  • June 11, 2020 at 10:11 AM by an anonymous user from: Port Washington, New York, United States

I order these devices around March 20th. On 4/22, I sent an email to cancel the order after being completely unable to reach customer service over the phone. I contacted my credit card company a few weeks ago to dispute the charges. On June 8 the wands arrived. I called "customer service " again and after being on hold for over 16 minutes, I was redirected to an automated survey asking how my experience was with customer service that never picked up! This is a joke. They are entirely unreachable. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

I ordered 3 Mobile Kleen Sanitizing Wands on 3-31-20 and never received them as of yet! I called them on May 2nd and spoke to someone who said that they are delayed. He offered to give me 10% back on my order, which they did do. He said that I should get my order either the 3rd or 4th week of May! Well, it’s now June 9th, and I still never received anything! Almost every comment on this site has the same complaint! No one has ever gotten their order! This is not right! When you call the number, you get a message saying due to a heavy call volume, there is at least a 10-minute waiting time. Then the recording says there’s at least a 5-minute waiting time. That went on for half an hour. Then they switched to a survey (are they kidding me) to ask how the service was! When I pressed the number for the worst service, they disconnected me! This is bullsh*t!

I ordered four UV wands on April 8, 2020. They advertised 30 delivery. When I had not received my order after 30 days I called them, and they said delivery is now 4 to 8 weeks. Their 8 weeks is up Monday and I still don't have a confirmation email. They stopped taking phone calls and don't answer emails. This certainly seems like an internet SCAM!

  • June 5, 2020 at 6:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Arlington, Virginia, United States

Very untrustworthy. They are processing and collecting payments for orders that they cant fulfill. I ordered the deal for three uv wands on the 25th. The home page indicates fast shipping which is not true. I ordered May 25th and I sent an email inquiring about the status and received no reply. Finally today someone answered the phone line and the representative said they are asking customers to be patient and the wait time is 4-6 weeks. I ordered UV lights on February 29, 2020. On May 11, I got an email stating that the lights had shipped on May 6. It is now June 5 and I still cannot track the shipment (the tracking numbers are invalid). This is a scam - DO NOT order from them. I am going to try to reverse the charges on my credit card.

  • June 4, 2020 at 9:29 PM by an anonymous user from: Glendale, California, United States

Ordered Mobile Klean on March 22 and credit card was charged promptly on March 23! From the charge, I suspected that the manufacturer was shipping this item from HKG - Hong Kong. I was finally ready to call my bank to see if I could get a refund after giving the company plenty of time to get the item to me ... and got an email this morning 6/4 to let me know that my order was shipped on 6/1/2020. However, the given tracking # goes nowhere ... Previous experience has taught me that it may well be another 2 weeks before the Mobile Klean reaches me. The quality may be inferior.

I had the same experience with a Fingertip Pulse Oximeter which was supposedly manufactured by Philips, a very well known trademark. This is also manufactured somewhere in mainland China and also, finally, shipped via HKG. The quality is inferior to what one can buy here and there is no manufacturer name on the Oximeter.

As so many people have said: buy local!

I ordered three uv light sanitizers on may 1,2020. Today, june 2, I sent an email requesting a shipping number. No response. I've called customer service numerous times and just get a recording. Finally today someone actually answered the phone. I gave her my order no. And she said it would be another two weeks before she could give me a shipping no. I cancelled the order. If the transaction doesn't go thru I will contact paypal and let them deal with this. This is not a trustworthy company and i'm surprised paypal does business with them. Do not order anything from this chinese company unless you want it to arrive at xmas time. Extremely unreliable!

I ordered 4 MobileKlean UV sanitizers 70 days ago. No sign of arrival or notification of shipment. Definite scam and stealing your money. Starting the process for trying PayPal to refund and chargeback on credit card. They have google saturated with positive ads and fraudulent reviews. Stay away from MoblieKlean or any one of its many sister sites under different names.

    Sincerely,

    A duped customer

The tracking number was a hoax but after disputing the charge I got a shipping notice and in about 2 more weeks got the two units. My son put 2 sets of new batteries in them and neither unit works. they are very cheaply made and do not work. Don't waste your money. It is a scam.

  • May 26, 2020 at 2:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Peterborough, England, United Kingdom

MobileKlean is advertised on Amazon, Facebook, eBay and pops up in browsers. All these businesses are jointly and severally liable for fraud. Who is going to police this scam? I ordered one in March when it did not arrive I emailed only to get a reply that delivery extended duet to heavy demand and supply problems due to CV19. Another wait, another email, more bullsh**t reply. I threaten to cancel order reclaim from my credit card and black them on the Internet. They come back offering a further discount of 20%, what did I want to do? I reply ok, but you must deliver by next Wednesday. Reply apologising saying they were checking my order, nothing about delivery. So now I take it up with my credit card and all the above-mentioned businesses. I am 77 on the at-risk list, ins ego wash everything delivered to me in bleach, I cannot read a newspaper or mail because I fear I may get contaminated. So come on everyone lets set about Amazon, eBay, Facebook, etc make them feel the crisis.

I purchased sanitised and a digital thermometer in March 2020 from Mobile Klean (Strong Current Enterprises). No items came and their response to emails was they were experiencing delays at their warehouse. After 30 days I asked for a refund. They offered a discount which I declined and astonished for a refund. They then stopped answering my emails. Fortunately I had purchased via PayPal and submitted a case in the resolution section. In my case, PayPal were great and awarded me a complete refund.

My credit card has been charged on March 23, 2020 for all of these products as I was trying to get some for other family members. Since I can not get any responses I am beginning to believe that it is a scam. I am so ready to go to my financial institution and the authorities and file a complaint. It has been two months since my orders and I have made numerous email inquiries. This is not the way to run a business if it is legitimate.

  • May 19, 2020 at 5:56 PM by Gyped2 from: East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, United States

I purchased the Mobileklean ultraviolet sanitizing wand around March 3.2020. I received it today 5.19.2020.

Note the date because after 30 days there is no refund.

The device I received would be useful if it were not for the fact that it is so small. Not bad if you are sanitizing a small item such as a ring, toothbrush, or a thumbprint?

What they don't tell you in the advertisement is that you need to hold the lite one half an inch from the item being sanitized and for 20 seconds! I bit long I would think?

The total cost of the unit was roughly $50.00. It looked as if it were made for around $5.00 Tops?

    Correction, make that about $2.00.

All I can say is buyer beware! This is a poorly made device and not as advertised. If you can buy one somewhere, be sure it's made in the U.S.A. And better if you can actually touch it before buying.

My final suggestion to you is, do not purchase this device!

Do not purchase from this fraudulent company. I ordered one UVLightSanitizing device from Mobile Klean on 3/9/20. To date, I have not received my order. Additionally, I have contacted Mobile Klean via email, chat, and telephone to no avail since they do not respond. With regards to the telephone calls, it is answered with a recording and then automatically hangs up on you. I filed a claim with my credit card company against Mobile Klean, reporting that they are frauds!

  • May 13, 2020 at 2:12 PM by an anonymous user from: Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, United States

In mid March, I ordered 2 of the Mobile KLean devices and one of their no touch thermometers. My confirmation came back with NO order Number and NO Date. I waited a day or so to see if it would be corrected - it was not. Then, I looked at my credit card statement and saw the charge had come through - along with a foreign transaction fee. I called the company and after wating online for a while a voice message came on asking "if your problem was resolved," then before I could answer, the recorded voice said "THANK YOU AND GOODBYE! I Rre- emailed Mobile Klean and have had several emails back from "Maggie" who even after getting 3 copies of their "confirmation" email and a copy of the charge on my credit card, my name address, date of order, last 4 of credit card, she still insists - "can't find your order." Obviously, this company is a scam. A reputable company after seeing the charge to their account on my credit card and the information, should have believed and sent me the items I ordered. So, since it appears they have no interest, I can only assume it was fraud and have reported them as such. The Credit Card representative told me they are based in Hong Kong.. So my advice is buy another device and steer clear of Mobile Klean!

Received an email on 4/7/20 explaining delay in receiving order due to coronavirus issues and asked to not call them because they were working on problem. Last I heard anything from them until 5/7/20 when I sent message through live chat on website. They responded on 5/8/20 with the same story about shipment delay. I responded back stating that six weeks was long enough to wait for an order and to please cancel it and refund my payment. No response yet.

This company is a total scam capitalizing on covid-19 fears. I am infuriated! Very clever, slick advertising, but reviews written are obviously fake. There were no complaints posted when I ordered sanitizing wands. They need to be shut down. BEWARE!

I am not surprised to read all these reviews. I have been thinking for some time that this company is a scam. I placed my order for the UV Scanner and warranty on 3/24 and got a letter on 4/7 that delivery was delayed. I do have a confirmation letter. I have emailed them nasty emails and tried numerous times to call and every time I get their stupid recording that due to the heavy volume of calls they are experiencing a wait time of over 10 minutes. This is how they get rid of you. I paid for the items with Paypal. I tried calling them and got nowhere too. I going to call my credit card that my Paypal account is linked to. When I placed my order for 2 units on March 24, 2020, and a second order for two more on March 30 for a friend, there were not any complaints or negative reviews posted.

I actually spoke with someone at this business who told me that because of our current situation with the COVID 19 virus, there would be a delay, and I should receive my UV light in about 30 days because they were being shipped from CHINA.

30 days have passed. They charged my Visa and Pay Pal the same day I put in the order and still not UV sanitizers on May 5, 2020. Next is a call to the fraud department on my Visa account.

I agree that this must be a scam that sucked me in.

Ordered 4 units mid-March also warranty. As of May 4, no product nor answer at their number. No contact what so ever from them. Obvious scam at this point. I guess I’m one of those suckers born every minute.

Ordered 3 units and “lifetime guarantee” totaling $108 in late February. Still haven’t received the order.

Contacting my credit card company now.

Stay away from this “racket”...or lose your money.

I ordered products and warranty from Mobileklean over 5 weeks ago, sent several emails requesting delivery information and to date have heard nothing in reply. I am now believing it is a very clever SCAM.

I ordered UV light April 5th and have not heard a word from anyone. I would like to get my money back

  • April 30, 2020 at 6:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Morpeth, England, United Kingdom

HI I ordered on 16th March £74.94 £6.50 & £14.99. Company haven’t responded to emails. I have also previously emailed them to cancel the order- no response. Yesterday I made contact thru PayPal and was offered 20% off the £6.50 &£14.99 items and advised a tracking number would be given for the £74.94 when it gets shipped.

Totally ignored the request for refund. I was concerned they would ship the unwanted items last night and so put in a chargeback claim last night. I noticed there is a PayPal forum with in excess of 600 complaints about Strong Current Enterprises.

Basically for different products but following the same agenda of no communication and no products. People did receive products after complaining to PayPal but of poor quality and returns expensive. I’ve reported this as a Scam to PayPal UK today unfortunately they are not manning the phones so have emailed and am awaiting a response. Makes me wonder why PayPal are allowing payments to be processed when there is a history of consumers being ripped off with this company.

I have a response From PayPal today 1st May stating they will take this up with Mobile Klean and advising me to contact trading standards.

I ordered March 20. Today is April 28. My product has not even shipped yet I was billed. I agree it is time to get a refund and look elsewhere for the product.

I ordered two UV Light Sanitizers in March and was told 7 day delivery. I still have not received. It looks like a true scam and I'm going I to join the battle in trying to get my money back. Thankfully I was smart by paying with PayPal. They will refund.

We need to get these schmaltz taking advantage of people during a Pandemic. "EVIL"

    Me too,

I had the same problem. I ordered 2 of the UV lights with a promise of 15-day delivery. I am still waiting 31 days later. They are not even replying to any email or calls and yes They still have my money! I am also trying to get my money back.

    STAY CLEAR

I had the same problem. I ordered a UV light and a thermometer with a promise of 15 day delivery. I am still waiting 35 days later. They still have my money! I am trying to get my money back.

Here's how to get thru press 2 like you want to get info on buying one you will wait and you will have to redial once. I got thru and when the lady came on I told that I wanted to cancel she gave me some push back at that point I told her that (which is true) that My cousin worked for the DOJ and since I was retired I had nothing better to do than make their life a nightmare She then promptly agreed to refund my credit card. We shall see. I also threatened the federal trade commission and reminded them that Trump was very unhappy with China. Guess it worked

  • April 22, 2020 at 7:24 PM by an anonymous user from: Pearl City, Hawaii, United States

I ordered 2 UV Light Sanitizer for $169.92 and 1 Infrared No-Touch Thermometer for $19.99 with shipping on Apr. 4. It was charged to my Visa immediately. Their message was that my order has been placed and they will pack and ship it right away and they will send me an email confirmation shortly. The message also stated that the order can take up to 7 days to deliver and may take longer due to high demand. I am still waiting for an email confirmation after 17 days. After reading all of the other comments, I feel I was scammed by this fake company. This company is taking advantage of the coronavirus pandemic hysteria and preying on innocent consumers who want to stay safe.

  • April 20, 2020 at 6:26 AM by an anonymous user from: Narberth, Pennsylvania, United States

Mobile Kleen is a dishonest company. Almost all so-called reviews are simply marketing sites of the company, not legitimate reviews. Item as of April 20th is advertised as available. Ordered iitem one month ago. Never shipped. Company blames shipping times on coronovirus, but Mobile Kleen never gave item to shipper.. Takes your money and doesn’t shipped item. Received message from company the item was in the fulfillment center. Then was told item would not be shipped until lend of May. This company is crooked. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE

  • April 17, 2020 at 9:12 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

I brought total four Mobile Klean products on 3/15 paid $126.94.

Got email on 3/23 saying " The supply chains of many organizations around the globe, including ours, have been impacted by flight delays and local movement restrictions of staff. which has led to delay sin shipments going out to consumers."

Since that email, I have not heard anything from MobileKlean, and today is 4/17. Obviously, no products have been shipped out yet.

I am very disappointed after read above comments and wish I had checked here first. I am going to ask my credit card company to give me refund back.

    Additional note from my experience:

This company's website would automaticly charged you even you have not click" purchased" yet, if you were on that purchase site long enough after you select the products, while you were busy browsing other page at the same time. I had to call MobileKlean customer service( who said she was in South Asia) and my credit card company to give me full refund back after found I was charged twice with two orders. ( but I only click" purchased" once.)

    • April 18, 2020 at 3:42 PM by an anonymous user from: State College, Pennsylvania, United States

I had the same experience with this company. I ordered this Mobile Klein on 3/19 and also received a e-mail about they are having a problem with shipping. I will be calling my credit card company Monday to dispute the charge for no item received. Cannot comment

about this product, but stay away from this company that is selling it.

  • April 12, 2020 at 11:41 AM by an anonymous user from: Clearwater, Florida, United States

This is also my experience in dealing with mobile klean. I have also made a formal complaint to the Federal Consumer Fraud division, the special Federal agency started for COVID-19 scams.

    • April 17, 2020 at 10:37 PM by an anonymous user from: United States

Can you please share which Agency you reported to? There are many different websites if you search under " Federal Consumer Fraud division".

      Thanks.

I ordered and paid £74.94 for 2 of these gadgets including postage. That was on Sunday 15th March. I was assured that my order would be acknowledged and a tracking number provided. Neither eventuated.

Emailed them on 20th March and was told my order was " already in fulfilment".

On 30th March they thanked me for " my patience". Still no acknowledgement of monies paid or tracking number.

THIS LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE A SCAM. On Monday, I will be making a formal complaint to my Credit Card company and I won't relax until I have my money back and this mob has been closed down permanently. I am also making a formal complaint to the organisation on whose page the Mobile Klean ad appeared. They also have to take responsibility.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

  • April 3, 2020 at 11:33 AM by an anonymous user from: Paso Robles, California, United States

They will take your money, tell you 7 days for delivery (lie) 15 days later try to call, No one gets transferred to a real person. It's a 10 min. wait then a recording asking how satisfied on a scale of 1 to 5. Then the call is terminated. A giant scam? An investigation is in order.

  • April 3, 2020 at 10:09 AM by an anonymous user from: Narberth, Pennsylvania, United States

I've been waiting for 14 days, since March 20, 2020, for order to be shipped. Called company twice and spoke to person outside of US who provides no additional help or information.

  • March 31, 2020 at 11:57 AM by an anonymous user from: Buffalo, New York, United States

Ditto: Told 10 minute wait, transferred after 10 min, asked if I was satisfied and then call terminated. I ordered product 18 days ago!

This product has breathless scammy type sales pages and every 'review' of it is gushing in praise. I would guess it's just cheap device with a blue light which never kill any germs.

Many have purchased but no one has received apparently. Big scam that must be investigated, shut down and penalties paid including jail time.

  • March 27, 2020 at 12:29 AM by an anonymous user from: Lewistown, Pennsylvania, United States

The phone number is southern NJ. One address found is in DE. 2nd address found in California. IMO when important info is missing, move carefully. BBB gave an F to a company using the same phone number. The search engine for this product gave two sites for under one dollar. One was in Hong Kong. Finally, shipping time of 7 days would not give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Never use UV on your skin or in your eyes.

  • March 23, 2020 at 7:00 AM by an anonymous user from: Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Placed an order for 2 for a total price of $74.94 inc shipping

    Credit card details not accepted.

Following day got an email with a link indicating the order was still open. Clicked the link and went back to the site and completed the order again

This time the order was processed and the confirmation indicated Total price: $209.93

I have fired off a chat - got no satisfaction there and have sent an email to their 'support' address. I will post results but Looks like a scam to me. Probably best to avoid it. Stick to sanitiser, swabs, soap and water unless you can find a local supplier, put your hands on one in store and walk out with it (after paying:).

Their telephone number 1 609 414 7087 is being used by hundreds of untrustworthy stores like:

    www.superboostwifi.com

    www.getplaybeatz.com

    www.livewavetvantenna.com

    www.mobilescreencast.com

    • March 30, 2020 at 2:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Dyersburg, Tennessee, United States

I have phoned that number for days and am told 10 minute wait, but never get an answer, Then a survey comes on of my satisfaction, then I get disconnected-EVERY TIME!
