April 15 2020 I ordered a lifelike doll. It was a 21" SILICONE DOLL AND I PID 68.99 DOLLARS FOR IT.
The later part of JULY I RECEIVED A 10" DOLL IN THE MAIL NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED.

Same here. Ordered in 17" doll in April, got the 10" doll. Junk. Could have gotten the same thing at Dollar General for a couple bucks.

Purchased mine through Paypal. Going through them for refund. Hopefully Paypal will quit working with garbage sites like this.

June 16,2020 I ordered a new reborn baby doll for$79.99. Have not received product and after several emails demanding a refund I got an email back saying they would refund me $10 as compensation and to wait 10-20 days. After several more emails demanding a full refund , I finally got another emaI saying they would refund me $30 and if I can't accept to return the item and then will refund me $69 and I should declare it as a $45 value through the mail.
Mind you, I haven't received a package to return.
So to make an even long story short, I've been ripped off $79 for something I haven't gotten . So sad there are thieves making a dishonest living ripping people off and getting by with it.

I ordered cloth shopping bags from this company in April. I wasn't very happy to find out from the order confirmation that it would be as long as 25 days before my purchase would arrive! but 35 days later I sent an email inquiring about the undelivered purchase. I received a response claiming they had a backlog of orders and said it would be an additional 12 days wait. Her it is August now, and I have sent a second request that went unanswered, and now I have sent a third message that is more of a threat of actions I plan to take if I do not receive a confirmation with a tracking number within 7 days. I also opted this time to file a complaint with Spotify which is the platform that I made the purchase from. Since they have been confirmed a large legitimate company themselves I am hopeful they will urge this company to complete the transaction. Because unlike the recommendations on this site suggests I believe 3 1/2 months after a transaction on my credit card has been completed is too long to now be requesting the bank give me a refund for the purchase! I will now wait for Spotify to respond!

I had the same thing happen. I ordered the "foldable oxford tote bags that have the metal handles to hook onto the shopping cart for $28.97 (my bank account was actually charged $29.26) on March 18. I have emailed them numerous times since then and keep getting back a "sorry for the delay", "we'll give you 10% off", "$5 off for your trouble", "so many orders" type of responses. They quit responding on May 31. I think I accessed their site via an ad on Facebook. Any suggestions?

They got me too. Ordered in April. Today is 8/25/20... several emails and same as you excuses, the. They just stopped replying. Not a thing I can do.

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered a 22" lifelike silicone doll and received a 10" doll instead. I'm still waiting to hear back from PayPal on this matter. I wrote to PayPal this morning and told them they should stop having these companies use PayPal for scamming people out of their money, that they are nothing but crooks and thieves. There are more companies than Chicyoins that steal your money. ZhiYongLI is one, Grenteva is another. I ordered a swing/ slide/basketball hoop from ZhiYongLI and received two face masks. "DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA"! I've learned my lesson.

I, too, was scammed by this company. I ordered a beautiful, 21 inch, silicone doll in March,2020. I finally received a doll in early July however the doll I received was an inexpensive, vinyl, 9 inch doll for which I was charged $78.99. I complained to PayPal (my method of payment). They reached out to the seller who insultingly offered me a $12 refund which I immediately rejected. More emails went back and forth then the seller finally offered me a full refund IF I returned the hideous, cheap doll to them in China at MY expense. The most inexpensive shipping for the return would be $62. Upon more complaining by me, PayPal offered to pay $30 of the return shipping. I rejected that offer. After more emails to PayPal they instructed me to file a complaint with ic3.gov which is the FBI Internet Crime Complaint office & then to upload the complaint to PayPal once it was filed with ic3. I did. The next communication from PayPal stated I would still need to return the doll to the seller at my expense in order to receive a refund. I quickly rejected that offer and asked for my situation to be escalated to someone higher in authority at PaypPal who could offer full restitution. A day later, PayPal finally informed me they would refund all of my money without me having to return the doll. My suggestion to those others who have been scammed by this company is, don't give up and don't settle for anything less than a full refund without incurring any more expenses, it can happen!

I placed an order April 17, 2020 and I've sent several emails asking where my shipment is. No reply. It is now July 21, 2020 and I have yet to get a reply. I will contact my bank to see if I can get my money back since I've never received my order. This type of scam in this day in time is just ridiculous.

I ordered a fall jacket on March 12, 2020. The order was confirmed on March 17, 2020, and I was advised that I would be notified when the item would be shipped. Since then I have heard nothing. On June 9, 2020, I inquired with another email wondering when item would be shipped. Once again no reply. It is now July 11, 2020. I do believe that I have been burned. Prior to ever ordering anything I will be looking at reviews on any Company that I order from on the Web. Definitely stay away from these Crooks. Will try to get a refund from Visa and Pay Pal but shall see.

I am!! I ordered clothing, have been emailing for three weeks, they promise an email reply within 48 hours NEVER happens!! Scam!!! I'm p****d. I ordered a Harley jacket back in early March and still no jacket received. After several emails which they responded by a person, ellewind - chicyoins.com, all promising to send it out immediately if I pay for expedited shipping (more money LOL!). The worst part of this is they were advertising on FB, another worthless site in my opinion.

Hi, I am another one who has been scammed, ordered a reborn baby ob the 24 March but still have no reborn after no end of e-mail to them on the 28th of may 2020 emailed them to say I was cancelling my order and wanted my money back which was told it would take 5-15 day to get my money back in the bank.
I have e-mail them to tell them I did not received my money. I am heart broken. Why would people do this and I am sorry for all the people who have been scammed to please be careful one and all.
