Riders101shop is a scam they reply to emails I ordered a pair of $70 slides 3 months ago I still did not receive my package or a refund
I purchased two pairs of riding gloves and it's been 2 months and they still haven't arrived. I've attempted to contact them several times with no reply. This company are scammers and should be shutdown! DO NOT order anything from them!!!
I purchased a pair of slides that month for 70$ I never received them I emailed the merchant 2 months ago still no response.
I purchased a ring from Rider101 it was advertised as Sterling Silver.With covid-19 the shipment took much longer than expected approx 2 months. I had to be in contact with them in updates. They never freely contacted me to update.When the ring finally arrived, I contacted the company to issue my concerns on first observation and sent a photo showing a defect inside band and misshapen diameter. This ring was a gift for my partner's birthday. He only got to wear it for one day before the ring turned his finger black at the ring site and the outside of the ring turned copper. Clearly this ring is not as advertised and a cheap metal version of what they advertised. I again contacted the company with photos, after 4 days was told I had to send the ring back to China at my expense and when they receive it I can get my refund. Quite frankly I was very disappointed with every interaction with Riders101. They should have refunded without question and need to send this ring back as it is not as advertised and only belongs in the garbage. I would definitely not recommend this company.
