Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I too was cheated and a cheap watch was sent to me
I have been scammed by them, and Paypal will not help or refund the money, it just happened to me. be aware!they use also another email 24hservice@coollife.shop
I also hsve been scammed and trying to get paypal to look into this problem. They sent me a rubbish toy through the mail instead of the play gym I paid for and they provided tracking so you believe the item is on the way. This is how they scam you. I also believe they are trading under another named website because they are selling the same play gym and the website layout is exactly the same. Beware!
