Dissatisfied with my order. Missing cords to both controllers which should have came with it. And for peetes sakes it took so long. Right at two months. The boxes were so beat up and crushed,but oh no, not a little bit. It was like it was purposely tossed around, assuming that happened in transit and a two month travel. Nobody thought to put a ship with care sign on it. I'm now assuming the risk of damaged products due to that. Last but not least, the website has since been taken down so there's nowhere to complain and No way to contact them. Very unhappy. Thanks to my bank for saving the day. Now what do I do with it? Ugh
Terrible scam company, I have problems with my cover shoes also, they sent me bags but without the attachment to be place in the machine, also I ordered 2 machines they only sent me one, and keeps saying I ordered only one.Be aware do not order anything with this company.
This company very much is a scam, nothing good will become of them. I purchased a 1/6scale rc car that is supposed to reach speeds of 55mph. Yeah right, what I received was a little a*s rc toy. Wow you people are clowns
They are scammers, My son was excited to use his Birthday money on a game system, They sent him a game controller. I have tried to dispute this with Pay pal, it was denied . Im one very upset parent.
I ordered a shoe cover machine and all I got was four packs of shoe covers and no machine. They said I only ordered the covers but my receipt says the machine. They are scammers.
OMG it took them 2 month to deliver my order and I got the same thing like you, just a plastic bags with no machine and they told me the same thing that I did not order the machine.
I ordered a game controller. That was 3 months ago. I've been asking for a refund for 2 months. They keep trying to tell me that since its in transit, they can't refund me.
