    Same thing happened to me!

  • July 13, 2020 at 5:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Norcross, Georgia, United States

Once they have your credit card information they keep charging you each month for NO merchandise. There is no way to contact the company, so you have to have your bank cancel your card and WAIT for a new card. The bra is cheap and unusable by me.

Same happened to me just cancelled my card. In two weeks had two charges of $12.48 after I purchased bras from them.

Do not waste your money on this site. It is a total scam. They charge you for items you don't receive. The quality of their items is terrible, super cheap. They smell like chemicals, the bra has no support and the straps are super stretched out so they wouldn't stay on your shoulders.

When you bring your concerns to them they just say you got what you paid for and will not take the super cheap junk back. They refuse a refund even though their site claims you will get a full refund if your are not happy. They wont acknowledge or take responsibility for anything. Don't get scammed.

I too have been totally scammed by the Meadde Company and the Luxxenvy Company. I ordered one bra in April from the Meadde Co. Was billed $20.98 by the Luxxenvy Co. I was billed$18.47 by the Meadde Co. for the same one bra. Then I have been billed again by the Meadde Co. on June 11 for $18.47.

So now I am out $57.92 for the one item ordered. I have turned this info over to the Fraud Division of my credit card company.

I have sent 4 e-mails describing their fraud practice. I have received an immediate reply each time stating they are sorry I am unhappy with my subscription. I did not order or sign for any subscription, have no idea what they are talking about. They, however, refuse to acknowledge in any way their fraud practice of deceiving people and stealing from them.

I was scammed by this company as well. Ordered a bra in early May and got the shipping e-mail with fake tracking information. I have never received the bra. Then I was going through my bank account and noticed 2 charges from MEADDE for $18 each. I tried calling...no one is available and of course, no call back. I e-mailed and received a response a couple of days later explaining the charges were for a VIP membership for a monthly special gift...never ordered & never received. I have now disputed all 3 transactions.

I, too, have had issues with this so-called company. I have been charged three times total now for an order placed on April 3. NO merchandise of ANY kind has been received, NO satisfactory replies to emails to their "support" department, and NO refunds. I will be notifying my bank so that they will be blocked and money hopefully refunded. PLEASE tell others NOT to use this site to order ANYTHING!

It's the same here, no phone number, the dont answer emails I ordered my bras on may 3rd

  • June 10, 2020 at 8:06 PM by an anonymous user from: Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States

Absolutely terrible company. They try to scam you with a membership, they change your order and don't let you cancel, their shipping takes forever. They are not honest.

    • June 15, 2020 at 7:47 AM by an anonymous user from: Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

Yes, I too have been scammed with a fake membership that promises you receive a new item monthly. I've been charged two additional times and have yet to receive my original order, let alone the additional two items for the two extra charges. I have also searched for a phone number for this company and find nothing except phone numbers that either "are not available at this time" or "mailbox is full, please leave a message".

I ordered 2 bras. They were on sale so the total was $28 for both including shipping. According to tracking info, they cleared customs in LA on April 28th. Still have not shown up. I was going through my bank statement yesterday and noticed my account was charged an additional $18 about a week ago.

Meadde is a Scam Scam Scam I was fooled and ordered a bra and leggings the bra arrived the tracking number also included the leggings that were not in the package. I requested a refund for the leggings, then I received notice of a additional charge 13.23 for what? So now I am out 13.23 and 16.00 for the leggings. I am unable to get a hold of them. I have emailed them they did respond and told me the 13.23 was some kind of vip membership which I did not ask for. They said they would send leggings and refund me. This was early April.

No legging No refund bank was notified.

I ordered in March and got tracking information on 22 of may telling me my order was delivered to an address in California. I can’t get any reply back from them and I have disputed the charges and I have to wait 45 days just to get my money back. Scam scam scam

  • May 26, 2020 at 8:10 AM by an anonymous user from: Houston, Texas, United States

Definitely a scam! I have tried reaching them about my order and no response. They send you this rip off shipping information that is completely fake and take your money and they are never heard from again! Do not buy from this company unless you just want to hand your money over for no merchandise!

I too was fooled by Meadde. I order 2 bars over a month ago. Then they tried to take money out of my back account again. For some VIP bull I never signed up for.

I have ordered 30 dollars worth of lingerie and still have not received my order in over a month. When I track it with the information it has "gone" to several states and was shipped from China. They have charged my card again for a subscription that I can't even use before I have even received my first order. This is a scam. Changing my card information.

"Yesterday my wife made an online purchase through a Co. named MEADDE.COM today as I was looking at my online bank statement I see a charge pending for "LUXXENVY.COM" I went to go take a look at Luxxenvys page and of course it is not available... however... there is a possibility that they have re-branded under MEADDE.COM I will be keeping an eye on my bank account for a few months now."

    Received via email.

This just happened to my mother, she ordered bras, she actually got them, not as they described though. 55$ was taken out of her card, from luxxenvy, which appears to be for teeth whitening... which she never bought or would be interested in, since she has implants🙄. They have been taking money out of her account. I’m absolutely disgusted at how many times they’re running her card. Luckily I can help her, and found this. There are a lot of people that don’t have help and may not catch this. I hope someone sees this that can truly help. If not, please read what we are saying, believe it’s true, and go somewhere reputable.
