Ctycos Shop located at www.ctycosshop.store is a fake Singer store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered a sewing machine from them in May via secure PayPal credit card payment. In a few days, I got a tracking number, which shipped to a location 4 hours from my home. Of course, their email addresses (there are 3 of them) and the customer service number (a Sprint Cellphone) yielded no communication. So I have no choice but to have the payment reversed. This makes me sad...I really wanted that sewing machine.
Scammed by this shop. No "shipping from" address. Laptop computer I was using suddenly had a life of its own (for lack of a better phrase) The mouse began pointing and opening my bookmarks. This was scary enough for me to spend the next few hours on changing passwords, temporarily suspending future card transactions, and running diagnostics on my laptop. I contacted PayPal.The only information provided regarding this transaction(singer sewing machine,)email address mariefrancoisedanjoux@outlook.com
Ooh...that's different from the email address that showed up on mine, although it was also and outlook.com address.
