Authmsg Scam Text Messages with Security Code

I keep getting AUTHMSG text messages below containing security codes. I do not know why I am getting the text messages and would like someone to explain this to me. And, is there anyone getting similar AUTHMSG text messages?

  • AUTHMSG: Your Tinder code is 8596*
  • AUTHMSG: Tinder-koodisi on 281106
  • AUTHMSG: Seu código do Tinder é 2510*
  • AUTHMSG: Your Tinder code is 2675*
  • AUTHMSG: Your OkCupid code is 9833*
  • AUTHMSG: Dein Tinder Code ist 1054*

    I believe it is because someone is trying to use your number to sign up to things because AUTHMSG is legitimate and the codes are to confirm that the person who was signing up to these things actually owned the phone number

    I have just received a message from them with a "shop pay code".

      They can easily bypass it. I heard that scammers create fake shopify online store and disable otp for shop pay and use ur shop pay account to buy using the scam shop and the scammer gets the $$$$

      Cancel ur shop pay from shopify if u have ur card linked incase they bypass it.If not ur safe do not have to worry
