Purchased items on 6 apr 22 to ship to Florida. Tracking went as far as 6 may 22 which states that the package was in the Plantation Sorting Center. No delivery up to present time. Fake LEGO siteThis scam site took $135 from us. They claim to sell LEGO kits at discount prices. They take your info and money and then change their website. Contact information is fake. Email (the same in this discussion) won’t go through because their inbox is full. Product (fake or not) hasn’t arrived in over a month. After “signing up” in the site it states I do not exists in their contacts. We were taken for a ride, alright. Fools. That’s what we are. Sites used are LEGO-official.com (We ordered from this site which no longer exists)LEGO-kids.com (no longer exists) Bank wouldn’t help. Card Department took info but hasn’t helped. That money is gone. Kind of hurt our Grandsons’ Christmas. Sadly.

Good afternoon, it seems that I have been scammed by an untrustworthy site that run an advert in Facebook in theory selling Roc SUP Paddle Boards for a very discounted price. I actually proceeded with the purchase as all seemed legit and I got an email from helpdesk-customerservicebest.com confirming the transaction. This is what made me suspect as it didn't come anywhere from the brand's site and that is when I looked into it and saw your warning about customerservicebest.comThe site through which I made the transaction in amount of 66€ was: https:/www.es.rox-paddle-boards.com but then, when I already realized that it was probably a scam, I checked them out and they have the same advert in Facebook but with the following site: https://www.paddleboards-es.com/In the first site, at the bottom of the advert, on a banner appeared the contact details of a Spanish very well know store: El Corte Inglés which made it look even more legit. I have checked my credit cards and so far, no debit was made against them for any amount but nevertheless, I contacted my bank and proceeded to cancel all my cards.
