I purchased for my 11 months old baby three expensive items for USD$75 after April Moon Boutique claimed 50% off in mid-April 2020, but I am still waiting to this day, June 12, 2020, to receive the items. The tracking number has a delivery date of 27 May! I contacted their April Moon Boutique's help desk and they were very rude and did not care about the issue. They claim that their company is a Canadian while all merchandise and shipping are coming from China.
I did request for a cancellation of the purchase for two reasons:
They would not give me a refund and I am not able to claim anything at this point with my money lost in their business. What a shame they can do this scam over and over on naive mothers and get away easily.

I ordered from them in February 2020 and my order still has not arrived (June 29th 2020) I contacted them in April asking for a refund and they’ve been so uncooperative and I am still waiting for the refund of $90.00. I have emailed them twice since then and heard nothing but excuses and the work around.
