Is Outdoorwearmall a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store

My husband came across this place on Facebook and even though the prices were too good to be true, we went ahead with our order. We felt somewhat secure since it was being advertised on Facebook. Big mistake. Our first order using our bank was supposedly declined, come to find out the transaction went through but like dummies placed a 2nd order with our citI card thinking if it was a scam we would probably have a good chance at getting our money back through them. Sure enough, next day or two we see that the company description on both my bank and credit card shows a computer software company so we managed to get our money back through our bank but citI received a bogus email from them with a shipping label and they felt it was a valid transaction, reversed our provisional credit. Today, after trying several times to communicate via email we received a package with some cheap a*s glasses from China! I’m going to print all these reviews and contact citI again! Facebook should be more careful with their pop up ads, this has been a serious pain in the a*s!

I paid for a swimming pool and have not got my order or heard anything about my order so, I dont know what to do

Place an order for Patagonia products that seemed very inexpensive but placed an order. Immediately felt it was too good to be true and tried to find the website which didn't exist. I called my credit card company to request they cancel the order and changed my credit card number. Facebook needs to remove this...

Same thing happened to me. I hope I can get my money back

Just placed an order for what looked like a great sale from the Patagonia website. When I checked out, I realized It was a 3rd party website called outdoorwearmall.buzz. This site popped up on my Facebook feed. Buyers beware. I’m going to call the bank and cancel my order.
