Is Sport e Central Scam? Review of the Store at sportecentral.com

No response to inquiry 09/23 email requesting status. Order placed 09/16, shows "processing" on their site. When I called the number on Sport E Central site recording indicated not a good or correct number. Believe may be a scam.
I notified my credit card billing.

Did a little research on their address, it's not a commercial property, it's in an area of houses under $75,000. My guess is they are taking orders for merchandise that is either stolen or for which they have no stock. That way, we can get your credit card and contact information and turn around and sell it to Identity thieves. Or they may well be the thieves themselves.

what name did they charge your card under? I can't find the charge

I can write the same home ya as above after placing an order for a gas range. It was in processing. Never received. Cancelled my credit card

All of the others comments make me feel not as stupid for thinking I was getting a great deal.
I used my EDD card & just called to stop the payment & they can't/ won't/don't do that unless the charge has already gone thru, then I can dispute it. Asked about cancelling card & same response. I guess I'll just have to check my account every minute of every day to make sure nothing else is charged. So much for being proactive.

Sport Central is now LiHome central, they changed their name, but not their bad habits! Beware!

On June 15, 2020 I ordered a CubiI Jr. Elliptical Machine. I printed out the order confirmation. I waited for an email confirmation from the business. I never rec'd one. So, I tries calling the number. It is someone's personal line with a voice mail, the area code is Oregon when the business is located in Oklahoma. I checked their tracking. It stated the item was being processed. I checked their tracking today June 20th. I got a message that stated there was a problem, I had an incorrect number, and to contact them. I sent them an email. No response.
I found this site. I called my credit card company to report fraud. I have not been charged to date. I alerted the credit card company. I will continue to monitor this situation.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I could've written this exact comment. This is so frustrating. I'm trying to get a stop payment on my charge right now.

Ordered Red Razor Beast Scooter from sportecentral.com on June 15, 2020, site showed up first in google search and price was about $10 less than Wal-Mart and in-stock. Ordered and got "order received" messages like others
no confirmation email and no charge to my credit card. Hoping they caught the transaction and immediately declined.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. this was supposed to be present for nephew.

I placed 2 orders with sport e central, received 2 emails telling me that the orders were processing! Tried sending several emails NO RESPONSE! TRied calling NO RESPONSE! Contacted the authorize.net where they say payment is being made too! NOT a customer of theirs! Finally had to contact my credit card company to cancel my credit card! So need I say more ... not a place I would recommend ordering from! Should have known better when the prices were so good! I

My husband placed an order for tv on this site and received a confirmation that the order was placed but nothing was ever shipped. I started doing some research on the business and site, this is totally an illegitimate company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They are scammers.
