We have received a lot of complaints from online shoppers who claimed they have made purchases on a few online stores but never received their items and did not receive a refund. They claim the charges on their credit show a "Yagood Technology" based in Hong Kong. Please see the complaints below.

How does one recieve the refund I ordered in in 2020 but has not yet received the goods. How do we resolved this or expose this scambgs.
They are scam artists.I ordered a steel drum, and then got confirmation from Hong Kong, so immediately cancelled the order. The entered about 3 months of emails back of forth of them assuring me my refund was on the way, and blaming the delay on 'paypal' being down...I didn't pay via paypal so that was a bit of a red flag to say the least hahaha. Eventually I contacted my banks fraud department and they were able to handle the refund, so please please please don't order anything from these people, but if you already have I recommend getting in touch with your bank, because you're refund will never arrive any other way!

I ordered a product from Yagood on 12-28-20, haven’t received it or an answer from them. This company is a scam. I’m never ordering anything from China again.
Yahoo’s Technology in Hong Kong is a scam do not order from them! Ordered a drum and received a totally different much a cheaper toy drum. When I emailed customer service their response was to offer me a 15% credit and I could keep the item! They also said to be patient . I requested their return address and they will not provide it, it’s a bait and switch. I w
The EXACT same thing happened to me. I ordered the 14-in blue drum, and they sent a 9-inc toy drum. They told me I could keep the small drum and they would offer me a credit. Wish I'd done a little more research before ordering. I'm working with my credit card company and reported the problem, but they say if they company has a written policy allowing them to substitute merchandise we may be out of luck.
