The item I received was nothing like the picture I specifically bought it because I am British and wanted a union jack sweater, they did reimburse me for the item and said I could keep it which I did not want so now I'm still out $12.99 for shipping. I buy things from Wish and the shipping is only five dollars max from China which is where this came from so they're making money still.
I am disabled and cannot afford to lose money like this so I will be posting weekly until I receive the refund for my shipping, they can send me a return label for the item.

I ordered 2 shirts for my son for Christmas, I never received an order number. As of 12/3 I sent them an email and asked them to send me information about them. They say they will get back to me in 24 hours. If they don’t you will be seeing another review from me

Our experience was getting shirts which were supposed to be "cotton blend" and arrived feeling like plastic wrap. In the warm weather, they'd just stick to the skin.

One of the shirts was horribly pixellated, looked nothing like the quality print on the website.

Very disappointed. I keep reporting their ads (as a scam) when they pop up everywhere, to no avail.

I wish I would have Googled "Hawalili." I would not have lost $125.The clothes on the ads are photoshopped. As stated by others, the actual clothes are badly printed, sheer nylon that has the consistency of a garbage bag. They are assembled like doll clothes and could not possibly fit a real person. They have substantial roadblocks to a refund. They request that the shipment be returned to China. They know how credit card companies operate so refunds are impossible. My guess is that HawalilI is a CCP company.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost. HawalilI is the Biggest Ripoff Ever!

Definitely a ripoff. They send junk via American shipping warehouse but if you want to return, you have to send to China and pay shipping, which is 3 times more than the original cost of merchandise, or more. A 2 lb pkg. to China costs about $150 to ship. Scam!

HawaiI LilI , your adverts show quality,attractive cheaper comparative appearing prizes and yet have a a poor background report so please be genuine for you can easily capture the market if you'regenuine.

I ordered this T-shirt on August 29th, and contacted them on Sep 15th to find out the status of my package, they said it's been mailed, with the USPS tracking number I tracked before and I just did the tracking today and found that the level is created but they didn't mail it. Just now I reviewed this company on Google and found out it's a scam company, I contacted Paypal to cancel my order and want to get my money back.
Their own tracking system is a joke, the USPS tracking number stated that level has been created, not yet in the system ( anyone can create a phony tracking level in USPS, you don't have to pay). This is a suspicious company, Paypal should never include them in their payment system. stay away. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM company.

HawalilI is a joke. First off, don't be fooled. Everything comes straight out of China. Secondly, their sizing and measurements are so skewed, you can NOT rely on any accuracy. Once you have your item and find out it doesn't fit, forget being able to return it. The return cost is more than the item itself. So they offer you pennies on the dollar if you want a refund or they offer you a 30% discount on another item. Why in the world would I risk ordering something else if a fit isn't guaranteed? Lastly, some items were listed as "cotton blend". All the shirts I ordered were 100% polyester. There wasn't even cotton in the thread that the tag was attached with. Extremely disappointing!
If you're in a hurry for something, this is not the company to order from. Things were taking 2-3 weeks to receive. If they send a partial shipment, well, who knows when you'll get the other items that were not shipped with the original order.
I will never place another order with this company. I suggest you take the above concerns to heart before you consider falling into the trap of good looking photos.

I have been trying to get the shirts for 2 months to the uae , and still have not arrived I ordered quite a few , they keep on promising a delivery soon but its useless they offer 10 percent after reciving but thats useless as well.its a total scam please people stay away from hawalilI site. they take your money and run

I too, received shirts that were way too small. I am an XL And one was MEDIUM and another was Large. Two of the four did fit.
Can I write to my credit card company and encourage them to not participate in this company’s shoddy scheme? By that I mean, would it do any good?

I tried returning 3 shirts and I got instructions to send them to China. I check and the cost for UPS was $120. For USPS it's $50. The postage cost more than the shirts.
The shirts were ok but didn't fit me. However this feels like a scam if you really have not way to return them without a large cost.

Total scam. Shirts with tags cut out, no labels, incorrect sizes.

I order three shirts and two of them have arrived. One shirt was much, much smaller than what I ordered. I ordered a 4XL and it was MAYBE large. I contacted the company and was told I could get a 15% refund or ship the shirt back to China. This is not an honest company and should be put out of business

HAWALILI ripped me off for 5 shirts never came!

Spent nearly $200 on clothing that was purported to be XXL or 4X. These clothes would not fit a little person! Tried to get a refund but because they called some items "sale" items, I can only expect about $30 back once I go to the trouble of returning things. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!

Claim the money back from your credit card company or PayPal, however, you paid.

HawalilI is a bait and switch scam. You see really nice looking shirts but they are of poor quality and not the correct size. Nothing on the website says anything about having to return them to Hong Kong or custom fees that you incur. They also have tons of bogus 5 star reviews online. That is what fooled me. Do yourself a favor and buy local after trying on your shirts and clothing. You will pay more but get a much better experience. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute but I think it is money that is long gone.

ordered one shirt paid for shipping on March 25, 2021, It is now 25 April, 2021 and no shirt. Tracking number sent me shows arrived at Ontario California on April 25, 2021 nd is on hold. I know our postal system is slow but this is not possible for a two week delay at a postal center

I thought I was ordering sweaters, when they came it was just pictures of sweaters printed on some flimsy thin material, yes I said a picture of a sweater printed. can you believe that? Fake Clothes.

I saw the ad for their clothing and thought it looked really nice as I was looking for Hawaiian style shirts. I ordered several to get the free shipping and was extremely disappointed when I received them. The quality is way inferior than the pictures on their website and the colors are more faded as the pictures make the shirts look much more vibrant. Also, the sizing of the shirts were all over the place as some were way to small while others were way too big, even though I ordered all Large.
It wasn't until I went to return them that I realized these are most likely made in China, which would explain the cheap, inferior quality of the material and construction. I paid $43 in shipping costs to return about 8 shirts to China and waited several months for a refund. I contacted their customer service and was told it was caught up on customs and to be patient. I waited and almost forgot about and over 6 months later, I got the actual shipment back from China. Unbelievable. I paid over $100 for the clothing and another $43 for shipping, all down the drain. I shipped these in August 2020 and got it back in February 2021. I don't know if they are running a scam but it sure comes close to one. I will never ever be buying anything from them again as their quality is extremely poor. Don't be suckered by the quality in their photos as the colors are quite faded in comparison and very cheap material. I will be donating the clothes to Goodwill, they are that bad. Order at your own risk and be prepared to throw your money down the drain if you don't like them.

I received 2 shirts I had ordered after a long wait. Both were made of the thinnest of materials. One was too short, barely reaching the waist. The was more the cut of a cheap summer pajama top, which I suspect it was. There was enclosed instruction to return if faulty at buyer's expense. It appears that the core of the seller's modus operandI is to price attractive looking items at a medium cost, making the effort and cost of returning flawed products not worthwhile. Thus extracting a little from the many. I will now buy at a local men's wear shop.

I had the same experience of almost every reviewer here - long delay in receiving merchandise (guess I’m “lucky” to have received anything), one shirt on back order never arrived, shirts received were too small for the size indicated, thinnest polyester material ever seen, poorly constructed and no legitimate way to return product. Also, fake reviews on their website.

I bought after seeing advertised on Yahoo, assuming a website like Yahoo would not be dealing with what appears to be a well known scam operation. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence before ordering. Shame on Yahoo for aiding and abetting a scam operation.

False description of product on web page; said material was a cotton blend and it is a cheap polyester. Sizing was inconstant and printing of shirts was off center. Shirts initially sent from San Francisco but you must return product at your own expense to China.

I only received two of the 5 items ordered, although the other three could turn up one day I guess(my order was placed 4 weeks ago).The sizes are Asian and that means if you ordered L you will get western M,and a small M at that.The fabric is apalling,the cheapest hottest polyester,even where it said it was a cotton blend.They should be run off the planet-buyer be very aware!

At first I was very interested in the product lines of Hawalili.Com.
But before I decided to purchase anything, I thought I better check their physical corporate address. I searched all over their website, including the returns section, and couldn't find find any physical address. This immediately, alerted my suspicions. I wouldn't deal with any online company that doesn't have an actual physical address.

Never buy anything from hawalili. it is scam. Fake product.

If you so much as click on anything to do with this scam company, you will be bombarded for weeks with ads on every web page you open, with no way of contacting the company to request this gross intrusion of privacy be stopped

We ordered 3 shirts without looking at the reviews - wrong way around! Emailed them and said we wanted to cancel the order - they replied by email and offered us 20% discount to go ahead with order. We refused that, about a week later the full refund arrived in our bank account.
We will order one shirt now to check quality and size. Watch this space.

Ordered a sweater 2XL. What arrived was a different sweater and it wouldn't even fit my 8 year old grandson.Will never order from this company again.

Buyer Beware! HawalilI has the worst return policy imaginable. They'll give you 15% to go away immediately. To return something you have to pay to mail it to China, and if it takes more than two weeks to arrive, they will refuse your refund. It took three weeks for part of my order to arrive. One of the shirts I ordered is half the size of the other four, though they all show the same size tag. I'll never shop with them again.

Big ripoff! Took 5 months to receive 6 shirts . I ordered Men’s XL and the shirts I received would not fit a 6 year old.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered two large men's shirts. It took a long time to receive them. Both shirts were poor quality and appeared to be women's shirts, not men's shirts as advertised. One of the two was nowhere close to being a Large sizing; it was way too small. I contacted the company to return the merchandise, per their return policy. They stated that I would be responsible for the shipping charges to their return center in CHINA, and would be responsible for completion of customs paperwork!! However, they offered me a 15% refund to have the shirt altered to make it wearable! Through an exchange of emails trying to resolve the issue, they incrementally offered additional 5% amounts so I wouldn't have the "hassle" of making the return.

Ordered four shirts, one was Mis-sized, but I'm unable to get refund or exchange. I don't recommended Hawalili....

Why is this company able to advertise if it is a complete scam?

Total scam from....CHINA. I mistakenly ordered two shirts a month ago, not realizing was actually not a store. My bad as I did not do any research. It turns out that they charge your credit card without ever shipping the goods - as they aren't "manufactured" until you place an order. Still waiting for receipt. I can't understand why this company is allowed to advertise, but I guess money always wins....

Do not buy from here. Total Scam. Just look at their website customer reviews. All 5 star, fake emails and and fake reviews. I bought three shirts. Took 2 months to arrive. All three were the wrong size. They had the right tag sizes, but the actual shirt was tailored 3 sizes smaller. One shirt was even marketed as mens, with male model in pic, but it was actually a woman's branded, sized and reverse buttoned shirt. Poor quality materials also. I tried to return and they have you jump through hoops with short deadlines between steps or you lose your right to return. They never actually gave me the return address, but required I send them picture of return label by a deadline or return cancelled. Even though they said you can return to San Francisco, you can't. Have to send back to China at high shipping prices. They offer instead of paying high shipping price, get a 15% cash refund "to get the shirt tailored correctly". Hard to do with half the material required and wrong gender shirt. Save yourself money and shop somewhere else.

Do NOT order from this scam of a 'company'. I ordered 2 shirts for my Brother's birthday (July 7) on June 3rd. He FINALLY received one of the shirts at the beginning of August (oddly the one the showed as still 'processing').
We're still waiting on the 2nd shirt as we get into September.

Garbage products, thinnest fabric possible, severely undersized. If you request a return you have to send the product back to China at you own expense and then you MIGHT get a credit in 4 to 6 weeks. I ordered 6 shirts. All XXL. It took over 2 months for them all to arrive. Only 2 of the 6 were the size I ordered. They were all labeled XXL / 2XL. Obvious that they just slapped a label on whatever they had. Of the 2 that did fit, the quality is marginal to poor. Stay away from this company.

I missed this site earlier. They came on time but I ordered 4 5x shirts and the were like larges. reading a review and the returning policy sounded like pain with no guarantee of return.

Unfortunately I have ordered from Noracora and HawaililI to be scammed by both.The Noracora order could never be tracked even though they charged my credit card the day I ordered.!The quality of the shirts was pathetic and the sizing was appropriate for a small boy.They offer only 25% credit or ask that you return to China!!! for $40 ship fee.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE Your money .

I placed two orders. It took about two months to get my 6 shirts and 2 pants. All but one of the items were the wrong size. They were all labeled large, but were a random variety of different sizes. One shirt labeled large, my 7 year old son could not even fit into. There is no quality control. The material is not what they say it is. The shirts were labeled cotton, but half of them were polyester. One pair of pants barely came over my knees. The other pants were two feet longer than my legs, but they were both labeled large. I don't know if I would label this site as a scam, but you will be very lucky if you get what you order. The colorful designs are great. For the most part, they matched what was on the web page. But the construction is mediocre, and the quality control for sizing is non existent.

Everything ordered ( if ever shipped) is the wrong size and of no quality.
It is impossible for me to understand how they can still advertise on the Wall Street Journal and NY Times web sites..

After 2 months, the six pieces I ordered over the course of three shipments. This after hassling with them via of email and my cr card company. As to the quality, not what I would buy if seen while shopping in a store, not even at half the price. Definitely won't deal with them again. Not especially appreciative of how the cr card dealt with this.
Clothes will either donated or disposed of.
