Yes it is a scam ! I contacted American Express who refused to get my money back - they want proof of advertising but of course I can't find anything !

I do not know what the order is that is referred to in email I received (see below). Email to contact does not exist. Is there any way that I can find out what order is or what to watch for on my credit card?

I ordered and paid for a dog on 8/26/20 and not heard from them at all! I found a phone #607-214-3005 and could not understand there language, this is nothing but a C***K scam!
