I bought a automated massaging whitening toothbrush, waited 3 months to get it only to find out it’s child sized. A slip of paper in the package says to contact info@fastreplys.com to contact them. What do I find? That that site is for scam artists and likely I am out the money I spent on this. I will never buy off Facebook again. As was suggested in a previous post FB is not regulated and everything comes from China even if it has a US return address on the package. I’m still waiting for some shoes I ordered back in March though PayPal. I was assured they are coming I just wonder if they are walking themselves all the way from China.

I waited 3 months for a Tesla coil, was charged almost $60 for this same day. Finally after 2 1/2 months of waiting, excuses and correspondence with the company I had my credit card company withdraw the charges. Well guess what? Today, almost 3 months to the day I get the Tesla coil! BAD NEWS! It not only is about 1/3 the size shown on their internet page, but it is NOT assembled! But wait! Theres more! The assembly/soldering instructions (yes you have to solder it!) COMES IN CHINESE or JAPANESE! I cant tell the difference! :( Now I was an electronic tech for over 45 years but dangit! I REFUSE to assemble something written in Chinese (or Japanese) I came to this sight because there was a little card that came with this $hit that told me to come to Fastreplys.com for Complaints-Suggestions & Refunds. For anyone who has seen the remote control airplane that is indestructible and floats on water from the company CERXIN the ad is a total lie and 8s totally false advertising. The plane is not even what the ad shows or says. It did not come with a remote, it is about 8 times smaller then the ad shows and it falls apart very easily. There is no reason this company should get away with this. I believe that they should be sued and everyone that bought one and was scammed should be entitled to the real product shown In the ad.

Purchased a wireless license plate backup camera that connects to a cellphone via an app from "Tomaob". They sent me one that needs to be wired instead, so I asked that they exchange it for the wireless version. I spent $69 plus a few for shipping, not the end of the world, but their reply was interesting when I asked about exchanging it. Basically, this scam sends you an inferior product, then tries to buy you off by giving you 15% of what you paid (then they offered 20%). I'm sure the check they would send would not be legitimate anyway, so no point in having them send me anything. I hope my $69 makes them rich. Here is the text of the email exchange, avoid them as you may have a bad experience like I did.

Email addresses they use are service3@honwin.net, info@fastreplys.com. The website is https://tomaob.com/

    Dear Customer,

    Thanks for your email.

We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept this suggestion. This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager, we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards!

    CS Metta

    My response:

Are you serious? You send me the wrong product and you offer me a 15% refund? This must be a scam. How about you send me the correct product and pay for the shipping to return the incorrect product. It was YOUR fault for sending me the wrong product. The ad and the invoice indicate a wireless backup camera and you sent me one that needs to be wired to a video source. This was supposed to work with my cell phone. Please let me know next steps.

    Thank you,

I purchased a Tesla coil light and have not received anything. E-mails have been sent to the Supplier, Michael Tim and received a confirmation number, Waited and then sent more e-mails and also to "Pay Pal" who handled the payment. Pay Pal started a case and did nothing. This so called Vendor knows the system and waits long enough to let the time expire for the investigation from Pay Pal. Both Pay Pal and Michael Tim are a joke. I was not out that much money but the principle of good business practices is lost here.

I will never use Pay Pal service again. Terry.

Ordered two reclining camping chairs, using PayPal. After about two months, and no chairs, I filed a complaint with PayPal.

Surprise, in a day I get an email from a totally different company,

Then an email for another company

So after another week, I received TWO totally different chairs than what I ordered or where advertised.

I ordered 2 chairs also, and the next day I wanted to cancel the order because I was doing some searching on the internet and didn't like what I read. Also, the email address listed to contact them won't go thru. I think I'm in the same boat as you.

      A sinking boat!

Waited about 2 months for delivery. I ordered two cod hole golf games and selected and paid for ones with wooden platforms

They arrived and are cloth rather than wood.

Very clever. Airplane toy shipped not the one advertised. I paid $27 dollars for a toy worth $3 that should be found at a Dollar Store. This is not the first time I've been cheated by Chinese scammers. I will not order anything advertised on FB again. Contact address yields nothing.

They sent me a poor knock off of the watch. In the package it says if you want a refund contact this website. Too Bogus for me to deal with I am going direct to Paypal to get my refund.

I purchased a Laser 301 that is supposed to be so powerful it will burn through and pop water balloons and light matches on fire. At least that's what I ordered on Facebook. I received it today and it is a piece of c**p. It's just a regular laser that came with no battery, no charger and no manual. This is supposed to be able to be used as a weapon. Give me a Break! I fell for it Line, Sink & Hooker. Had to get a refund through my American Express since the bogus scammers would not return my emails for a refund. They used Fastreplys.com as their email and they used Fashion Online as their company which was also fake. BEWARE of these ads on Facebook for things that seem unbelievable...because 9 times out of 10 ..They are!

I ordered 2 of the large rubber like toys to be filled with water for children to lay/jump on for fun. We waited for at least 6 weeks and yesterday on the 11th of June, 2020 a blow-up Glow in the dark Jelly balloon ball which came in the mail to me in Birmingham and my niece in Daphne Alabama. I paid 25.00 dollars a piece for a silly ball that looks worth about 2 or 3 dollars. This is not the first time during this pandemic I have received something different than what I ordered. We still are waiting on things that was ordered 2 or 3 months ago. This is unacceptable. The address on the package is Dept CA #1169, 13725 Pipeline Ave, Chino, CA 91710.

Ordered a laser torch from ad on Facebook also noticed the exact same advert was being used by other “ companies “ eventually laser torch arrived nothing like the one advertised but a cheap version. Couldn’t even try it out no instructions and no batteries supplied.

The replies to my emails asking for a refund was astounding at one point they said other buyers had said what a nice tone it had I replied it’s a laser torch not audio. They said it was cost me over 20 usd to sent it back,I replied it was posted from the uk.

I have now escalated it with pay pal . And I think the positive comments on their adverts are a scam to people saying how good it is and got a charger and batteries with it . Avoid .

Just received a Baby Yoda ordered a few months ago from fastreplys.com. Not only was it NOT what we ordered for $35.00, plus $12.00 SH, instead of receiving a small stuffed Baby Yoda, we received a grotesque, UGLY, crude plastic hand puppet. Definitely not worth $35.

I am going to try to get a refund.

    This ad was on Facebook.

    Thank you.
