The website is a fake and fraudulent KitchenAid online store claiming to sell cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves, and other kitchen accessories. Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent online store because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cybercriminals and used fraudulently.

Online users who have already used their credit cards on the website are asked to open a dispute with their banks to have their money refunded. They may also need to cancel their credit card and get a new one to prevent the scammers behind the website from fraudulently charging their cards in the future.

    I purchased a Kitchenaid mixer. It was returned to Vietnam. I have not received my funds back. How do I get this money back.

    I also purchased an item worth USD 9.99 from kitchenaidu last June 12, 2020, but I was charged P 4,985.64 in my credit card which I believed should have been P 515.98 only. I wrote them requesting a refund of the difference and they replied on June 15, 2020: "The bank has received your refund request. Refund transaction ID:2012065...Refund amount: USD 86.54 refund processing time: 15-25 working days".

    I hope they will come. And the longest time of waiting is until July 21, 2020, for my credit card to be adjusted.

    I got this website on Facebook called and ordered a standmixer. I paid from my debit card. Instead of collecting 29 USD, they collected 99USD. When I asked for a refund, this is the email I got. And it has been going on for a while.

    I had just been scammed by this Kitchen aidu. It says the mixer is only for $9.99 but it made a debit to my account amounting to 4,656.01. which is more than $90! Kitchenaid should do something about this.
