Deenet Shop located at www.deenet.shop is a fake online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Ordered ladder on 7/19/20. Never got it. Seller didn't respond to my emails. The phone number provided disconnected. No confirmation of my order sent to my email. The website won't open anymore. Filed claim today with Paypal. Scam site.

Agree that this site is a total scam. I had exactly the same experience today as those described previously. I googled an item I was interested in buying and found that Deenet had by far the best price (that should have been a loud warning, but it wasn't). I ordered the item as a guest and paid with Paypal. in an hour or so Paypal sent me a receipt stating that the item had shipped and with the USPS tracking number. I entered the tracking number at the USPS website and the tracking history showed that the item had been shipped from California a week before I placed the order and was delivered to my city yesterday, the day before I place the order. I repeatedly called the phone number listed on the Deenet site for returns/customer service but repeatedly got a busy signal. A total scam. I feel stupid for falling for it. I have initiated the refund/fraud process at Paypal and I will probably get my money returned to me eventually, but it will take quite a while and it us a substantial pain.
