ATT Payment Unsuccessful Scam Text Message

Today, I received a text message from "AT&T" about an "unsuccessful payment" and to call telephone number 707-661-8029. The problem is I didn't attempt a payment and have never received this kind of text before. Customers beware.

same message phone # 864-343-2315 msg 0395. forwarded it to 7726 per AT&T support suggestions. got same message again. can't get through to customer service. will try blocking.
