I called the number and it said that my Debit card was locked, which I knew was untrue.
Just received this text from 931-286-3074 appearing to come from ATT informing me of an unsuccessful payment. I am on automatic payment through Visa. This is apparently a scam.
I just got as well. just now I pay my AT&T bill automatically on a credit card on the 14th of each month.I called the number and they asked for debit card number. I hung up and reported them.My AT&T bill paid yesterday and my balance is zero.
Same! I didn’t call the number though. I mean I paid my bill yesterday on the 14th, account balance is zero, and the money definitely came out of my account, so sorry not taking my money!
My husband and I both got this message, mine last night, his this morning. When doing a reverse look up of the phone number on “Fast People Search.com” it came back to Ronald Abston, in Crossville, TN. Our payment was made and cleared our bank ten days ago.Scam!
