Do not call 470-231-2181. This is because the fake "AT&T Unsuccessful Payment" text message below, which asks recipients to call telephone number 470-231-2181, is a scam. The scam, which claims the recipients' payment was unsuccessful or is on hold, is being sent by scammers who are attempting to steal their potential victims' personal and financial information by asking them to call fake AT&T telephone number 470 231 2181

Threatening to call cops because of a warrant, tells me that if I pay $750-$1,500 they'll take care of it.

I've also gotten a call telling me that I'm about to be swatted meaning they will sems the SWAT team after me saying I have a bomb or building one.

Today, 8/18/2020, received a text message supposedly originating from AT&T - 1 (410) 100-002 (sic):
Said "Unsuccessful payment. Call 470 231 2181. Do not owe AT&T and have submitted no payments to AT&T.

I received a text from 1(410)100-019 and it stated Frm AT&T Subj: Unsuccessful payment. Call 4702312181 Msg:1891

I contacted AT&T to verify there were no issues with my account and to let them know this had happened.
The representative didn't seem to care so I'm not sure who else to report it to but I'm not calling the number.
