I received the same message. My bill is paid and up to date. Total scam
I just got a text message with exactly this! I called my credit card company and they said my card is fine. It's definitely a scam. Plus, the automated voice is the same kind of message that scammers have been putting out there threatening people that they owe the IRS. Don't fall for these scams.
