Fake "Parcel Pending" text messages like the one below are scams and spams being sent by online spammers and scammers. Therefore, recipients are asked not to click the link in the fake text messages, they should just delete them.

So far we have received the fake messages from the following telephone numbers:

  • 917-941-7096
  • 401-225-7193

I received a message from this number yesterday 505-3184596. I clicked on it because I’m actually waiting on a package and was a little confused. Not sure what will happen now.

I received a similar text from 917-865-1367 stating my name, "urgent notification for the USPS delivery 5G48F2 from 08/04/2020. Go to m3svc.info/ 4pDw2ank7A" The results Icould not state because I did not click that.
