I have received two emails about Norton Software Service that I owe A LOT of money. I don't use this at all, never installed on my computer. So I called the 1(804)315-8955 number and they wanted me to enter the website www.refund1.com and it just sounded real fishy so I told the guy this sounds like a scam. He was not happy and said don't blame him for getting billed and I hung up. The email is one of the most legit that I've seen. Don't fall for it. These people are just not good people.
I too received a email saying I had won a brand new IPad Pro just pay $1 for shipping, I should have known better! 🤦🏼♀️ Couple weeks later was charged $89.97 came back to Fit Galaxy in Texas!
I was told that I had won a prize from walmart.com and that I only had to pay a dollar for shipping and handling...but then my credit card company contact me and said that a company was trying to take $89 and change out of my account and asked me if I had done that transaction...I told them no and they said okay will block will decline the transaction but they said that the company may try it again so now I've been trying to reach the company the company is called enowfit.com which is a body building company? So beware I fell for it thankfully my credit card companies stopped the transaction... But be careful
I received an email last evening - that promised me a brand new iPhone for just $1.00, because I paid out too much prior to the email, all I had to do was participate in their survey re my Apple iPhone. At any rate, as I got further into the "survey"...and entered my credit card info to pay the $1.00 fee...I read the small print and realized that I was only entered in a contest for a chance to order the iPhone! And that I was on a 3-day trial - called their number and per their recorded message...lead me here!
